The episode opens with Dadi requesting Abhira acquire fresh mehendi so Armaan and Ruhi may sign their names and join for seven births. Abhira heads to receive the mehendi. Vidya begs Ruhi to make the rasam right now. Ruhi nods. She sits to do the mehendi. She probes Armaan about what this is. Abhira gazes upon it. Vidya comments it might be a Mauli color. Ruhi scribes her name on his hand. Aai shubh Ghadi performs… Everybody claps.
Dadi asks if Armaan should write his name. Armaan traces his name on Ruhi’s hand. Vidya kisses Ruhi. Abhira screams as she steps outside. She sits nibbling on the pastries. One-sided stories are tragic, she says; Armaan is marrying Ruhi. Armaan also eats pastries and questions why I am thinking of Abhira, why isn’t she leaving my head, and what’s wrong with me.
They consider one other. She tears and berates herself. From afar, they see each other. Abhira says in the morning: “My response is no; just go; you got late.” Armaan says we have to do this now; you can go later; how should I schedule a dancing practice? You are our wedding planner. He orders her to start Armaan practice. Baaton hello baton mein… performs… dances. She wounds herself. Did you pick up medication? Furious, she orders him to quit worrying for her. She bolts. He follows her and probes what happened, tell me. She probes why. What should you do? We have no relationship.
Inquiring, he asks friend? She yells in wrath. Her falls the garlands. He comes to assist. I don’t want your help, she says; keep away. Armaan feels startled.

She apologizes; don’t worry, my heart is crushed. I should have informed you of my feelings. She stands to leave. Jhoke performs. Pulling the garland she finds in his hand, She tears, clutching the cushion as she bolts outdoors.
Armaan wonders. She says he is going to marry Ruhi, just sit here and cry; she adds, “I am so foolish, and he does not love me.” Armaan claims Abhira loves me, but why did she not tell me anything? He recalls her comments. She knew our marriage was transitory, so I couldn’t comprehend. How did this happen? I quarreled with her and avoided talking with her well; how did she offer her heart to me?
Abhira says, “I have thorns in my fate; my initial love will never be satisfied; yet, I may at last move on from his life and find normal. “He falls and says she is crazy; she didn’t tell me why this stuff is bothering me so much. Ruhi shows up, wondering what happened. Are you okay? “He muses over telling Ruhi the truth.
