At the hospital, Kiara is in a state of shock as she struggles to sign the medical consent papers. The nurse tries to reassure her, explaining that the procedure is simple and safe. With trembling hands, Kiara signs the papers and is asked to follow the nurse. While walking down the corridor, Kiara notices a baby’s photograph on the wall. Suddenly, a ward boy accidentally pushes a wheelchair that bumps into her stomach. Terrified, Kiara instinctively protects her stomach and cries out for her baby.
