The episode begins with Aarohi accusing a person of molesting her on four separate occasions. Sujeet’s wife then reprimands Aarohi, causing Kairav to become enraged. Manish also scolds Kairav, while Akshara defends him and tells Manjiri to inquire about the truth from Sujeet himself. Akshara confronts Sujeet and his wife, defending Aarohi’s actions and explaining that she may have been too scared to speak out due to societal pressure. She goes on to lecture Sujeet and states that it is his fault, so he will be the one facing all questions and consequences.
He says everyone knows me, Aarohi traps rich married men these days. He says your sister is your enemy, she’s breaking your marriage. Akshara threatens to slap him. She says I won’t leave you, I swear to Abhir. Manjiri and Mahima, explain that this girl is manipulating me, you trust me, right? His wife asks if you’re doubting him. Mahima stops her, pushing Sujeet aside. They all stand with Aarohi.
Sujeet says don’t step back, don’t get physical. Abhimanyu says you both don’t have any relations with the Birla family, get out, don’t show up again. Aarohi cries. He ousts Sujeet and his wife. He shuts the door. Aarohi cries again. Manjiri and Mahima hug her. They all cry. Aarohi thanks them for their support. Akshara says we know you’re powerful and that you’ve done this. Aarohi hugs Akshara.
Manish praises Akshara for her defeating MahishaSur and compares her to the powerful goddess Durga. He then embraces her, expressing his pride. However, Akshara suddenly starts feeling dizzy and faint. Her concerned grandmother advises her not to fast, but Akshara clarifies that it’s not the fasts that are causing her symptoms. She has been feeling weak and lightheaded for a few days now. Suvarna suggests getting Akshara’s blood tests done while they are at the doctor’s office for Manish’s appointment tomorrow. She explains that there is a viral outbreak going around, so it would be wise to get a complete body profile test for Akshara as well. As they both give their blood samples in the morning, the nurse accidentally places Akshara’s sample in the pregnancy blood tests box. Suvarna then urges Akshara to sit down and have something to eat before they leave. Overwhelmed with emotion, they both tear up.
Manish assures that Abhimanyu will take care of everyone, and Akshara retorts that he and Abhir make a great team. She adds that she can always rely on them to address any issues she may have. Manish then reminds her to focus on her jewellery and makeup. Meanwhile, Akshara, Abhimanyu, and Abhir prepare for their photoshoot. They successfully take some great shots, while Manjiri protects them from any negative influences. Manish compliments Abhimanyu’s picture for his school project. He then encourages Ruhi to join in for a family picture, but Aarohi suggests they take one with just the immediate family. However, Abhimanyu insists that Ruhi is an important part of their family and they cannot have a complete picture without her. They eventually snap the perfect family photo together before Abhir and Ruhi head off to meet their friend.
Abhimanyu suggests we go and greet our guests. Manjiri assures that handling guests is their duty and they need to take some lovely pictures together as well. Aarohi adds, “why not take plenty of photos?” Curious, Akshara asks what’s going on. They all head to the gathering. The host then requests Abhimanyu and Akshara to strike a romantic pose while holding hands for a picture-perfect moment. The song “Berangey” begins to play as Abhimanyu and Akshara communicate through their hearts before leaving the stage. Abhir and Ruhi then welcome everyone at the Sangeet with a theme from the 90s. They invite Manish and Suvarna to perform on stage, dancing to the tune of “Gustakh dil”. As they argue, Ruhi jokes about playing with Shivansh.
Abhir expresses his desire for a younger sister and turns to Shivji for assistance. When asked if he would allow her to play with the sister, he declines. The girl apologizes and he accepts it. As Manish and Suvarna receive applause, Abhir and Ruhi invite Kairav, Anand, and Aarohi to perform next. They dance to the song “Koi Kahe.”
Later, Abhimanyu checks on Akshara’s well-being and she confesses her nervousness about their upcoming dance performance. He teases her by saying that their son has put pressure on her. She agrees, stating that they are both parents when their child behaves well and mischievous when otherwise. He suggests that everyone must clap for them regardless of their dancing skills because it is their Sangeet night. Then he offers her a chocolate, but she declines due to her current aversion to dairy products. He jokes that he knows the reason behind it while handing her a piece of chocolate, implying that she may be pregnant.
