The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 9th October 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Madhav scolding Sanjay. Sanjay defends himself, claiming he only wanted to unite two sisters. Kajal supports him, while Madhav remains worried.

Inside the house, Rohit tries to calm Ruhi while Armaan suggests giving her some time. Meanwhile, Abhira pleads with Ruhi to talk, insisting her mother was loving and not a murderer. Vidya, however, refuses to listen and calls Abhira a murderer’s daughter, claiming she will ruin families just like her mother. Madhav argues that only the police can punish the guilty, not their families, but Vidya is firm in her beliefs.

Manisha tries to intervene, pointing out that it’s not Abhira’s fault, but Vidya reminds everyone that Ruhi is pregnant and dealing with shock. Ruhi demands Abhira leave. Rohit asks Armaan to take Abhira away, and he comforts her, assuring she will get her family back.

At the temple, Manish prays to Matarani with tears in his eyes, grieving over his daughters’ shattered bond. Dadi consoles him, reminding him that as the family head, he must stay strong. Armaan defends Abhira, but Vidya cruelly declares that she is not Abhira’s mother. Dadi overhears this shocking statement.
