At the same time, Abhira stumbles while carrying bowls, but Ruhi quickly holds them. Ruhi points out that Abhira is getting married and should be happy, yet she seems uneasy. Abhira replies that Ruhi’s expression looks bitter.

Meanwhile, Manish returns home, overwhelmed by emotions. He collapses and cries, regretting not listening to Akshu’s call earlier. He says if he had spoken to her, he would have known Abhira’s truth. Swarna and Surekha enter the house and are shocked to see him lying on the ground. They rush to his side, worried about his condition.

At Poddar house, Abhira senses something is wrong and tells Armaan she feels scared. Armaan consoles her, but she insists on seeing Manish instead of going to the hospital. They immediately leave. At Goenka house, the doctor checks Manish and warns that his health is fragile, and he could suffer a cardiac arrest at any moment. He advises shifting him to a hospital. Swarna prays for his well-being.

When Armaan and Abhira arrive, Abhira runs upstairs calling out “Parnanu” and hugs Manish emotionally. She tries to console him with her playful words, asking him to get up as he already looks handsome enough and doesn’t need to scare them. Manish responds weakly but calms down seeing her. Swarna recalls his earlier words, feeling the connection. The doctor confirms that he seems stable and sends the ambulance away. Abhira softly sings “Tuta Sa” to comfort him. Surekha thanks Abhira, who asks if she can stay. Armaan assures her that he will bring her again if needed, and they prepare to leave. Swarna stops Abhira and asks her not to tell Ruhi anything, as it will worry her. Abhira agrees.

Back at Poddar house, Dadi praises Abhira for handling the function well and offers her a “prize.” Abhira finds it is actually a list of items needed for the next day’s rasams. Dadi reminds her that the girl’s side has to manage the gift exchange. Kiara innocently asks if they will get gifts, and Dadi says it depends on Abhira. Armaan questions why Dadi is putting Abhira through this despite knowing her situation. Dadi replies that Abhira had claimed her parents’ blessings are with her, so now she must prove it. Abhira confidently says both rasams will take place tomorrow. Everyone claps in approval.

Sanjay then interferes, saying Abhira cannot complete the rituals alone, because apart from gifts, the girl’s Maayka must be present. Dadi agrees and taunts Abhira, reminding her she has no family to support her. Armaan declares that he is her family, but Dadi dismisses it, saying he cannot replace her Maayka.
