The doctor’s wife tries to call for help. The doctor tells Vedika to leave; he must go with his wife. Koyal asks Singh’s wife if her husband is in the car. Then Koyal takes the pin and opens the car lock, demanding the doctor enter. After seeing her, Vedika is shocked. Koyal asks for a doctor to come because she is very ill. Vedika agrees, explaining she is speaking about her because it relates to her life and death.
When the doctor asks who she is, Koyal says she is her sister and then asks if the doctor will come when Vedika asks Koyal to sit at the back. However, Koyal refuses, saying she will drive. Vedika asks if she has a driver’s license when the doctor requests they take his wife. Vedika explains she has booked a car, and the doctor asks where they are taking him. Vedika replies to the Maheshwari Mansion.
In response to Koyal’s e-mail to him about her mother’s illness, Vedika stops the car, and the doctor replies that he already knows. Seeing the doctor’s phone, Vedika dials a call and hands it to him. Koyal replies that this is why she is asking Vedika to stay away from her. When the doctor checks Saraswathi, he says that her blood pressure is too high, and Vedika wonders what caused it since her mother has no problems.
According to the doctor, they need to prevent stress from affecting her. A smile can be more effective than medication in some cases. He also suggests conducting tests for her. After addressing his wife Sapna and getting into the car, the doctor is taken aback when he sees Vedika. Despite apologizing for her actions and explaining that her mother was unwell, Vedika assures him that Saraswathi had no health issues. However, the doctor does mention that if her high blood pressure had gone untreated, it could have potentially led to a stroke.
Vedika is worried as the doctor leaves and tries to figure out why her blood pressure increased when she probably took some medicine that wasn’t prescribed.
Upon entering the room, Maurii smiles and says their plan worked. Rajeshwari comments that Mauri praises herself for everything, saying she was the one who made the plan to replace the multivitamins with the medicine to raise blood pressure. Mauri claims she was the one who did it because rich people do not do such small things.
Having opened the door, Mauri is shocked to see Sagar hiding so quickly that Rajeshwari orders Mauri to leave. Sagar replies that the doctor said they needed to get some tests done to be sure, so he is contacting the labs.
Vedika is working when she tells Padma that the sudden rise in blood pressure is not normal and can only happen if they do some unusual exercise, but Maa does not do it. There may also be a reason for it being caused by a medication. After searching the market, Vedika found that many medicines could cause it. Kishori Lal agrees, stating that they may have been changed purposefully because she doesn’t have anyone to care for her. Vedika agrees with her.
Koyal insists on helping Saraswathi with the soup despite her claims of being fine. Mauri suggests that Saraswathi can have the soup alone, as she is not weak. Agreeing with Mauri, Saraswathi mentions that her daughter’s support will only aid her recovery. Meanwhile, Sagar observes the scene from the window. Suphedra checks on Saraswathi and offers to call the doctor, but she assures them she only feels dizzy. Rajeshwari advises that taking her medication on time will ensure a speedy recovery.
Rajeshwari smiles as she hands Saraswathi the medicine. Suphedra reminds her that the doctor said she must stay happy and forget about negative things. Mauri adds that there must be something good for that to happen. Glancing out the window, Sagar reflects on how Saraswathi found happiness when he decided not to return to London and opened his law firm. He often thinks of how Saraswathi considered him her son and how proud she would be whenever he achieved something. His thoughts then turn to Vedika and his feelings for her. Despite trying to push them away, he can’t help but remember when Vedika told him she is the real Jhanvi. But Sagar realizes that Vedika cannot be Jhanvi, and he must accept it. He knows he has to move forward with his life for everyone’s sake.
Vedika is convinced that someone is out to harm her. Koyal’s expression shows concern, but Vedika has lost faith in her. Padma agrees, saying it’s hard to trust anyone. Vedika used to feel a bond with Koyal, but after being repeatedly deceived, that connection is gone. They have all witnessed the depths of Rajeshwari mam’s cunning, especially since her mother has suffered for many years in that household. It pains Vedika to see her mother trapped with such wicked people; she can’t risk putting her in danger. Kishori Lal asks for Vedika’s plan of action, but she remains deep in thought.
Sagar enters the room to go to his aunt and kneels before her, apologizing for what he did. Saraswathi says he is not ready to accept that Koyal is Jhanvi, so she says she is tired. Sagar replies that he also believes Koyal is her daughter, and Saraswathi replies that he is saying it for her, but Sagar says he can even prove it, and so reveals that he is ready to marry Koyal. Digvijay is furious, but Rajeshwari smiles.
After inquiring if he is being coerced, Saraswathi prompts Sagar to make a solemn promise. He assures her he has come to terms with Koyal being Jhanvi and is ready to fulfill his grandmother’s wishes. Turning to Koyal, he asks if she is willing to marry him. Despite her anger, Koyal storms off. Suphedra then questions Sagar about his thought process, to which he confidently responds before leaving. Saraswathi silently prays that Sagar’s decision was not influenced by outside pressure, although she cannot shake off the nagging feeling in her mind.
