Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 19th June 2024 Written Episode begins with Patil brutally thrashing Ishaan while Isha shouts Ishu in concern. Patil questions Mandar about the doctor. Mandar reveals that she is not a doctor but Ishaan’s mother. Patil remarks that Ishaan is lucky his parents risk their lives for him, but fate is not on his side and his end has come. Patil fires at Ishaan, but Isha intervenes and takes the bullet on her shoulder. Ishaan and Shantanu rush to her in worry. At the same time, Savi hits Patil’s hand, making him drop the gun. Enraged, Ishaan beats Patil for shooting his mother and picks up an iron rod to stab him. Just then, the commissioner arrives with his team, arrests Patil and his men, and takes them away. Patil shouts that it is not over and he will return for Savi.

Ishaan asks Isha why she risked her life for him. Surekha responds that it is because she is his mother. She admits that Isha has proven herself to be a better mother and apologises for her past actions. Isha consoles her, saying she raised Ishaan with love like a true mother. Overwhelmed, Ishaan calls Isha his aayi, and she makes him repeat it while pampering both Ishaan and Savi. A doctor checks Isha and confirms that the bullet only grazed her shoulder, so she is safe.

Later, Ishaan approaches Reeva. Reeva stops him and says he need not explain. She admits that he expressed his true love for Savi today, proving where his heart truly lies. Reeva then unites Ishaan and Savi, asking them to marry again. She blesses their happiness, hugs Ishaan one last time, and walks away with her parents.

Surekha realises she was wrong and accepts that Ishaan and Savi are made for each other. Yashwant Rao also admits his mistake, apologises to both Savi and Ishaan, and promises to correct it by supporting their marriage. Surekha asks Savi if she is willing to marry Ishaan. Everyone waits for her reply. Isha encourages Savi to say yes. Ishaan tells Savi she can say no if she no longer loves him, but Savi confesses that true love never vanishes. Seeing Ishaan’s love, her own feelings for him came alive again.

Ishaan kneels down, explains how important she is in his life, and proposes to her. Savi nods yes. Chinmay suggests holding the wedding immediately. Shikha, Anvi, and Harini prepare Savi as a bride. Shukla and Sandhya are requested to perform her kanyadan, as they cared for her and Harini like parents. The family begins preparations, clearing Patil’s mess and decorating the venue.

The wedding rituals commence. Ishaan and Savi perform pheras while “Shubh Mangal Savdhaan” plays. Ishaan ties the mangalsutra, and the priest declares them husband and wife. Suddenly, Patil escapes custody and storms in with a machine gun. He starts firing recklessly. Guests run for safety. A bullet hits Savi’s stomach. Ishaan attacks Patil in fury, but Patil shoots him multiple times and stabs him with a rod. In a final struggle, Ishaan stabs Patil with the same rod, killing him on the spot, before collapsing himself.

The family rushes Ishaan to the hospital. After treatment, he opens his eyes and asks about Savi. Shantanu informs him that she is safe after surgery. Ishaan removes his oxygen mask and says he does not have much time left. He asks his parents to promise that Savi will be married to someone who loves her deeply. His parents break down in tears. Isha promises to stay with Savi and fulfil his wish. Shantanu assures him that he is the best son and vows to take care of both Isha and Savi.

With his final breaths, Ishaan recalls meeting Savi for the first time, bids her goodbye, and confesses his eternal love before passing away. His parents cry uncontrollably holding him.

Precap: After seven years, Savi is seen with a little girl named Shaisha. Savi mentions that her father has completed his PhD. A man arrives to pick up Shaisha. Savi questions his priorities as a father. He retorts that she should mind her business as a teacher. The voiceover hints at whether hearts will unite again.
