Anjali’s friend is practicing Ramayan dialogues while dressed in Saleem’s costume. He mentions to his friend that the person who lent him the costume demands repayment for an old debt before he can borrow it again. Hoping to get some financial help, he asks Anjali for money. She gives him 200 rs and instructs him to retrieve the costume. Another friend inquires if she has met his girlfriend yet and what she said. Anjali responds that she has been busy with other matters. Yet another friend approaches her for money as well. The tea seller interjects, calling the friend a liar who will never repay what he owes. The friend retorts by claiming he is a prominent broker and could quickly sell Lal Quila and Qutub Minar if necessary. Untroubled, Anjali drives away from the scene.
Informing his friends of the search for Anjali, another friend mentions Aman. He walks to them and says he wants to meet a girl who bravely fought with goons a few days ago. One says Anjali. Aman says yes. They ask for a reason. Afterward, he calls Anjali and introduces himself. He says he has a case for her and indirectly expresses his love for her.
Her belief that he is Chaman, the grocery store owner, is based on her belief that she will repay his debt soon. Aman asks Anjali to meet with him about some cases. Anjali gets happy thinking she is becoming famous and says she can fight any case. He asks where she can meet him. She says he can come to her cabin but thinks she doesn’t even have a chair. He says they can meet in a café. It looks like he’s a wealthy client, so she agrees to meet him immediately.
In a cafe, Anjali blabbers about being able to fight any case again. He claims that his case is unique. She demands 1000 rupees from him. He gives her 1000 rupees. He says someone who looks like her has stolen his heart, and he wants her to regain it. She asks who the girl is. He says she is the girl, and he fell in love with her at first sight. Aman stands in awe of her behavior and vows to marry her no matter what.
