Kavya addresses the Shah family, stating that when the foundation of a house is weak, it cannot stand strong. She compares her relationship with Vanraj to a house with a faulty foundation. Kavya admits that when she met Vanraj, she had already separated from Anirudh and was drawn to Vanraj, which was a mistake. She recalls Anupama sharing a story where Kavya was present and admitted her wrongdoing. Kavya explains how she acted like a drug addict in desperate need of Vanraj, even after Anupama left him.
She expresses her frustration about the family’s rejection and their expectations for her to be like Anupama, which she can never be. Kavya confesses that she tried to be a good daughter-in-law but couldn’t accept Vanraj’s children as her own. Despite Kinjal and Samar’s pleas, Kavya decides that she can no longer stay in the house but will attend Samar’s wedding. She advises Toshu not to lose Kinjal and hugs, Kinjal, suggesting that she should handle the house. Kavya then seeks blessings from Leela and Hasmukh, considering them as her parents, and promises to visit them often.
Vanraj enters the scene, shouting that she can leave if she wants to. He reminds her that she came to him after leaving Anirudh and threatens to kick her out if she ever returns. Kavya laughs at his overconfidence and assures him that she has no intention of going back to him. She predicts that a day will come when he will be alone and starting from scratch. Kavya believes that he may forget her, but her words will remain true. Vanraj bids her goodbye, and Kavya reciprocates, stating that their togetherness was bitter, but she wants to leave peacefully and requests him to set her free happily. She then turns to Hasmukh, expressing her fears about being alone and seeking his blessings. Hasmukh blesses her to always be happy. Kavya leaves the Shah house in tears, while Vanraj shouts for her to get lost and never return. He angrily slams the door and collapses, causing the family to rush to his aid.
Kanta urges Anupama to promise that she will confide in her and seek solace in tears instead of giving up. Anupama nods in agreement. Leela contacts Anupama and shares the news about Vanraj’s condition. Anupama hurriedly rushes to the hospital, where Leela emotionally breaks down and embraces her. Anupama comforts her and inquires about the situation. Samar reveals that Kavya left Vanraj, causing him to collapse. Leela laments her son’s misfortune, claiming that happiness never stays with him.
She points out the similarity between Anupama and Vanraj’s fate, both experiencing arranged marriages followed by love marriages that ended in abandonment. Kinjal warns Leela not to bring up such topics now, and Anupama agrees. The doctor comes out of the ICU and reveals that Vanraj had a heart attack. Leela breaks down even further. The doctor assures them that Vanraj is now stable but requires further tests and observation. Leela asks if they can see Vanraj, and the doctor allows them to visit him one by one. Leela and Hasmukh enter first, and Leela continues to cry. Vanraj assures her that he’s back and asks about Anupama.
Paakhi tearfully embraces Anupama and asks if Vanraj will be okay. Anupama assures her that Vanraj has the strength to overcome this setback and will recover soon. Paakhi expresses her regret for not being able to reunite Anupama and Anuj and apologizes for giving false hope about Anuj’s return. Anupama recalls her anticipation of Anuj’s arrival. Paakhi blames herself for everything that has happened, believing that none of this would have occurred if she hadn’t gone to Mumbai. Vanraj asks Leela if Anupama has arrived, and she confirms it. Vanraj asks if Anupama came for him, and Leela replies affirmatively, stating that Anupama came for him and for the sake of humanity, Leela, Hasmukh, and the children. Hasmukh adds that Anupama’s presence is not because of any individual relationship but out of compassion. They consider informing Kavya, but Vanraj stops them. Leela insists that Kavya is responsible for Vanraj’s condition, but Hasmukh disagrees. Vanraj acknowledges his mistakes and asks Leela to bring Anupama in. Leela happily goes out to call Anupama.
Anupama thanks Paakhi for attempting to reunite her with Anuj and describes the exhaustion of expecting love from someone, just as Kavya had experienced. Anupama asks Paakhi not to blame Kavya for Vanraj’s condition and continues to console her.
In the precap, Anupama informs Kanta that Kinjal got her admission to Guruma Malti Devi’s Gurukul. She arrives at the gurukul.
