Anupama 12th September 2024 Written Episode begins with Anupama asking Anuj about Barkha and Ankush. Anuj says he is going to them to get answers. Anupama stops him, applies kajal behind his ear, and adjusts his collar and sleeves. Anuj thanks her for her words and says he wants to be his old self again. He recalls how he had everything when Aadhya and Anupama left, but it meant nothing without them. Now that they are back, he wants to give them all the happiness in the world and return to the office to find out what happened in his absence. Anupama assures him that Aadhya is her responsibility too. Anuj says Asha Bhavan is not just her responsibility. He vows to return with answers. She wishes him luck and gives him a magnet. Anuj smiles, promises to come home for tea, and leaves.
Meanwhile, Dolly drops Meenu to college but notices Sagar calling out to her. Dolly returns, accusing them of meeting secretly. She calls him an auto driver in a derogatory tone. Meenu defends Sagar, saying being an auto driver is not shameful and that he is studying law to become a lawyer. Dolly mocks him for not being a lawyer yet. Meenu compares it to being called a doctor before qualifying. Dolly insults Sagar, accusing him of trapping Meenu. Anupama intervenes, questioning Dolly’s assumptions and reminding her that a boy and girl can be friends without any romantic link. Dolly accuses Anupama of trying to ruin her daughter’s life and warns her. She escorts Meenu to class. Sagar swears falsely on Anupama that there is nothing between him and Meenu. Anupama leaves to give tiffin, while Sagar regrets taking a false oath and decides to speak to Bala.
At the office, Anuj’s return surprises and delights employees. They complain about Ankush and Barkha’s mismanagement, loss of clients, and the company’s decline. They pledge their support to Anuj. Some newer staff are unaware of him, but loyal employees stand by him. Anuj promises to fix everything.
Bala confronts Sagar about his false oath. Anupama notices them talking and wonders if Dolly is right. She believes Sagar would never hide anything from her but grows uneasy.
Anuj enters his cabin and sees Ankush’s name outside. Anupama calls to remind him to control his emotions. Anuj confesses his deep hurt, saying Ankush betrayed him during his worst times, lied about Aadhya, and took everything from him. Anupama tells him that betrayal in business can be forgiven, but betrayal involving family cannot. She urges him to confront Ankush and Barkha about lying regarding Aadhya. Anuj agrees to do so.
Elsewhere, Toshu speaks to a doctor about his headache and weakness. Kinjal offers him kada, teasing him that his arrogance has been checked by Vanraj’s strong-willed sister. She says she enjoys seeing Pakhi and Toshu brought down a notch. Toshu vows to fight back.
Ankush complains to Barkha about being stuck at the office. She reassures him, but he is shocked when Anuj walks in. Anuj asks if Ankush is not happy to see him well. Ankush claims he is happy and hugs him, while Anuj stands stiff and angry.
Precap: Anupama tells Anuj they must reclaim his rights from Ankush and also save Asha Bhavan. Aadhya asks about the Visarjan arrangements. Hardik arrives with Rajpal and tells them to pack their bags because they will need Bappa’s blessings after leaving Asha Bhavan. Aadhya is shocked to hear that Asha Bhavan will no longer exist.
