She waves goodbye to Shahs before checking into the airport. After looking for Anuj, Vanraj signals that she should enter. As she sees a girl crying and begging her mother not to leave her alone, she imagines herself and Choti Anu and attempts to call him. As Nakul is stuck with visa issues, Guru Maa says she can check in first and then make calls; they cannot take a chance.
A mother within Anupama is stopping Anupama, but Guru Maa thinks she must be tough on her because she is good for her. Anupama shows her documents to officer. As Choti Anu keeps demanding Anupama, she runs and falls down, but Anupama senses something is wrong. When Anuj sees Choti Anu bleeding, he panics. Doctor checks and says it’s just a minor cut and treats her. Anuj wonders whether he should call Anupama or not since she must be checking out by now.
Anupama says her efforts are bringing her to the USA to fulfill her dreams, and the officer praises her efforts. She is advised to never back down until she fulfills her dreams. When Anupama walks into Guru Maa’s room, she informs her that her check-in has been completed. Anuj calls her and says he wants to tell her something. After a long pause, Anuj says I love you.
Anupama says if he wants to say something else, he knows he wants to. Anuj says he will miss her greatly, take care of her, and fulfill all her dreams. Anupama hears Choti Anu shouting she needs mummy. The call is disconnected. Anupama redials in panic. When the flight announcement is made, Guru Maa insists Anupama to come with her. As anuj hopes Anupama does not hear Choti Anu’s voice, and hopes her flight takes off without heartbreak.
Shahs anxiously check the time as Kinjal comments that Anupama’s flight must have departed by now. Vanraj, who is driving, echoes her thoughts to Toshu. As Anupama walks towards her, Guru Maa reminds her that there is already an announcement for her to board. Her mind filled with Choti Anu’s pleas, Anupama approaches the air hostess who asks for her boarding pass. After showing it to her, she boards the flight and notices another child crying. In that moment, she envisions comforting Choti Anu. Guru Maa informs Anupama that Nakul and Bhairavi are in economy class and helps her fasten her seatbelt. As the flight takes off, Anupama remembers Choti Anu’s words and Anuj’s advice.
Ankush asks Anuj if Anupama’s flight has taken off. Anuj confirms it. Ankush says Anupama didn’t listen to Choti Anu’s voice, so Anuj was unnecessarily worried. Anuj recites a poem describing how he has lost everything since Anupama left.
