Upon hearing Tapish’s response that he was unafraid of anyone and would continue to come there, Vanraj witnessed Dimpy walking away and calling out to her. He questioned if she was headed to meet Titu, but she clarified that she was going to give Baa medicine. Dimpy then opened up about how Samar had left her and Ansh no longer came to her, leaving her with nothing but self-respect. She pleaded with Vanraj not to doubt her and quickly made her exit. As Vanraj replayed Anupama’s rebellious remarks in his mind, he began to worry that Titu’s influence might cause Dimpy to become just as disobedient. Determined not to let his son Ansh go astray like Anupama, Vanraj made a firm decision.
Shruti informs Anuj about the possibility of him running into Joshi ben. Anuj declines, causing Vikram to question Anupama’s whereabouts and mention AK’s visit. He comments on the erratic nature of fate between them. Shruti asks for clarification, stating that she is the only one speaking. Anuj clarifies his intention and expresses his desire for privacy with Aadhya. Aadhya senses something amiss, and Anuj recalls recent events, asking if she saw Anupama during her trip to the US and if it triggered any panic attacks. Aadhya denies having seen her and urges Anuj not to mention her name before questioning if he saw her himself.
The chef, Joshi Ben, he tells me, is Anupama. He says he saw her from afar. He thinks I would have seen her if not for my accident. Aadhya says I met her. She is another person, and she came to my party. She says you will be married to Shru, which is why you feel that way. She says we have given that place to Shru, and we will forget about the past. She states that Joshi Ben is a chef, not your ex-wife or my ex-mother.
While thinking about Aadhya and Anuj, Anupama burns her hand, thinking Aadhya is like her Choti to her. He says we’ll live a happy family together and asks him to promise not to search for her and keep Anupama as their ex alone. Anupama says he doesn’t know why he’s crying. Aadhya asks him to promise. Anuj promises he won’t look back or search for the past. He says Pops loves you.
Vanraj refuses to go with Ash. He says he cannot leave until that guy is here. Ishani says they saw him when they were coming here. Dimpy says we saw him from outside. Titu goes live and says he doesn’t know what will happen to us, for good or bad. He asks his followers to be safe. Vanraj is upset that Titu is the guy who saved Baa. Ishani says he is in pain. Pakhi asks how do you know? Ishani says she saw. They watch Kavya bring Mahi there just as they leave.
Anupama gathers kite-making materials and reminisces about her family during the festive season. She plans to make all the traditional delicacies, such as laddoo and chikki, just like she used to in Ahmedabad. She hopes someone has taught Samar’s son how to fly kites but is unaware of Kavya’s baby. Mahi appears and embraces Vanraj, expressing how much she misses him, and asks her mother numerous times to take her there. Anupama reflects on being separated from her family for five long years but takes solace in returning to her hometown. She sends her warm wishes to her loved ones for a Happy Sankranti.
