Anupama rescues Indra from trauma and takes her back to Asha Bhavan. Nandita and others are shocked to hear she was found in a garbage dump. Anuj gently lifts Indra inside, while Anupama emotionally recalls waiting for a call or message from her.
Meanwhile, Titu confronts Dimpy about her arrogant behavior with Ansh’s teacher. He says her lack of involvement and Vanraj’s overindulgence are spoiling Ansh. Dimpy dismisses him, but Titu decides to speak to Ansh and Vanraj regardless.
Bala, Babuji, and others are disturbed by Indra’s mental and physical state. She appears traumatized, prompting concern. Anuj encourages Anupama to rest, saying she must stay strong to care for others.
At Shah House, chaos erupts as Titu exposes Ansh’s unruly behavior. Pari and Ishu complain about Ansh’s mischief. When Titu warns Ansh, Dimpy defends him. Kinjal slams Dimpy for teaching Ansh that Mahi isn’t family. Dimpy says even Kavya doesn’t have a problem, creating more tension. Titu finally breaks down, saying he feels like an outsider and is treated as a stepfather. Dimpy coldly tells him to leave if he wishes. Titu walks out in tears, deeply hurt.
Back at Asha Bhavan, Anupama speaks to Indra, who confesses the horrific truth—her son tricked her into returning, demanded her insurance money, and when she refused to sign, locked her up, let her starve, and eventually dumped her in the garbage. Her daughter-in-law even beat her with a sandal and cut her hair. Indra sobs, saying she once dismissed such news stories as exaggerated, but now knows the pain firsthand.
Anupama vows justice. She says children who want money but not their parents must face consequences. Bala and Babuji agree. Anupama storms into Indra’s son’s house where a party is going on. She slaps him for his cruelty. When his wife defends him, Anupama slaps her too and fiercely confronts both.
The couple shamelessly claims it’s their wish to throw Indra out. Anupama silences them with biting words and highlights how even their child has picked up their abusive behavior. She then calls the police.
Indra’s grandson Dhruv arrives and lovingly compliments his grandmother. Anupama brings her son and daughter-in-law to face her, though Indra refuses to even look at them. Justice begins.
