Adhya asks Anuj where he went. Anuj tells Adhya he went for a walk. Anuj wishes Adhya would reunite with Anupama. Adhya tells Anuj she is happy in India. Anuj tells Adhya it is the beauty of India. He says that Adhya will want to stay back in India. Anuj remembers Anuj. Adhya plans Anuj and Shruti’s wedding. Anuj remembers Anuj.
Kavya, Dimple, and Kinjal discuss the haldi ceremony when Kavya expresses concern about Vanraj’s absence. The three of them overhear a voice, and upon checking, they find Ishani, Pari, Ansh, and Mahi sitting outside. Pari informs Kinjal that Ishani is coughing, and Pakhi kicks them out of the room. Kinjal then instructs the children to sleep in their room. Hasmukh becomes upset with Pakhi’s behaviour and takes it upon himself to give medicine to Ishani. Dimple speaks up against Pakhi’s mistreatment of Ishani and decides to take care of her if Pakhi cannot do so.
Devika asks Bhavesh to give her a sweet as well. Bhavesh refuses to marry Anupama. She asks him to remarry. He says Anupama is also married, but if she is happy, Anupama tries to convince Bhavesh to marry her. Bhavesh decides to spend time with Anupama. Anupama invites Bhavesh to Dimple’s wedding. Furthermore, Anupama hopes Vanraj will not disturb Dimple’s wedding. Pakhi asks Hasmukh to take care of Ishani and let her sleep. Ishani falls unconscious. Hasmukh calls out the Shahs. Vanraj fears Ishani.
Kavya tells Anupama about Ishani. She tells Pakhi about Ishani’s condition. Vanraj and Paritosh rush Ishani to the hospital. Pakhi fears for Ishani. Kavya, Kinjal, and Dimple console Leela. Kinjal learns that Ishani took the wrong medicine. Anupama consoles Hasmukh. Vanraj tells Hasmukh not to worry. Ansh, Pari, and Mahi ask Kavya if Ishani will die. Dimple and Kavya say Ishani will be fine soon. The Shahs pray for Ishani.
The partnership between Biji and Yashdeep is restarted. Yashdeep punishes Gulati. He returns it to Anupama. Biji supports Yashdeep.
There, Pakhi accuses Hasmuk of Ishani’s condition. Anupama is shocked. She takes Hasmukh’s side. Pakhi threatens Hasmukh. Mahi, Pari, and Ansh pray for Ishani. The doctor tells Pakhi that Ishani is out of danger. Dimple, Kavya, and Leela learn that Hasmukh gave Ishani the wrong medicine. End of episode
