Anuj questions why Anupama didn’t contact him earlier if she was anxious. He assures her that he would have hurried over to assist. Anupama responds, acknowledging his willingness but not wanting to be a burden. Anuj expresses his concern about her not calling for help and playfully comments on her possibly throwing a rolling pin in frustration. Anupama gratefully thanked him, and Anuj reassured her that Baa’s well-being was a top priority. He reveals that the doctor didn’t disclose everything before Babu ji and informs her of the gravity of Baa’s condition. He promises they will take proactive measures by conducting further tests and getting the necessary treatment tomorrow. Despite their worry, Anuj acknowledges their limited control over the situation.
In her question, Anupama says you should have rested too. Anuj says he made Choti sleep and come. He asks if she wants tea or ice cream. Anupama says they don’t have ice cream in the fridge. He asks if she wants it. Babu ji checks Baa’s blood pressure. He holds Baa’s hand and says don’t leave me. He says if anyone has to leave, then I’ll leave. I want to hear your chik chik in the morning.
In the kitchen, Anuj prepares a milk and fruit mixture for Anupama to drink. He suggests that it could be a good substitute for ice cream. As they listen to the song “Ishq me dube hum toh,” Anupama rests her head on Anuj’s chest. The following day, they speak with the doctor about Baa’s health. The doctor informs them that Baa’s heart is 70 percent blocked and in a severe condition. When Anuj asks if surgery is an option, the doctor explains that it is not recommended due to her advanced age. Instead, she must diligently take all prescribed medication and seek medical attention if any issues arise. This news shocks Anupama. After bidding farewell to Toshu and Kinjal, the doctor leaves their home.
Toshu informs Babu ji that they must depart early for their international flight. Babu ji reassures them not to be concerned about his and Baa’s well-being. Kavya assures her that she will focus on work without worrying about Baa and Babu Ji, as she will be there with them. Kinjal requests Kavya to send photos of the baby and wishes her luck with the delivery. She also mentions that she has kept Pari’s toys for the baby and misses her. Kavya reciprocates by saying she will also miss everyone. She then reminds Toshu to take care. Kinjal embraces Dimpy and passes on essential contact numbers like milkman and gardener. She promises to update Kavya on Babu Ji’s medication via text message.
Occasionally, Dimpy says, “I’ll make a video call to see Pari.” Pakhi and Adhik arrive there, hug Toshu and Kinjal, and ask Toshu to take care of her. Pakhi says she’ll tease him there. Toshu says sure. Anuj gives them euros and tells them not to think wrong. In case they feel homesick, he asks them to join the Indian club and to message him if they require a babysitter. Kinjal says Papa will take some time to arrive and asks him to care for everyone. Anuj assures them that he’ll take care of everyone.
Kinjal and Toshu embrace Anupama warmly. Toshu explained that they went to Baa’s room and gently placed her hand on Pari’s head, careful not to wake her. As Anupama holds Pari in her arms, she blesses her with a happy journey. She urges her to become proficient in English like the foreigners while valuing their mother tongue. She then hands them a bag of spices and pickles made by Maa before leading them to the household temple, where she ties holy threads on their wrists. Assuring them not to worry, she bids them farewell. Just as they are about to leave, Baa suddenly appears, and Kinjal gives her a tight hug.
According to Toshu, you were asleep, so we didn’t want to disturb you. Baa wants to apologize for scolding them earlier. Kinjal reminds everyone that they must leave now but asks her to sit on the swing with her first. Baa happily sits on the swing and reminds them about everything they need to buy for their new home. She also advises them not to trust strangers and how important it is for them to resolve any fights or disagreements they may have. Baa adds that even though they love each other, they should also remember to smile at each other and take care of each other by offering water when they come home from outside. Babu ji interjects and asks why they didn’t follow what they learned. Baa responds by saying that even though everyone knows what’s right, sometimes it’s hard to follow through. She also checks if they remembered to pack the achaar, papad, and spices before leaving.
Anupama pretends to smile as they leave in the car. Anuj, Adhik and Pakhi drop them off. As they leave, Anupama breaks down and cries. She recalls their moments. Baa appears. Anupama hugs her and cries. Baa tells her not to cry and says she doesn’t want to live, as everyone is leaving her one after another, and she wants to leave this world. Kavya looks at Anupama and asks Baa not to say this.
Toshu calls Anupama to report their safe arrival. Babu ji expresses his desire for Baa to recover quickly and suggests a visit. However, Baa declines due to her lack of knowledge in flying and swimming. Emotionally, she adds that anyone who goes abroad never comes back, so they must go. She mentions Pari’s potential transformation into an English person and the possibility of not returning. With concern for Vanraj, she laments their loneliness now. Anupama takes note of her heightened emotions and checks her blood pressure, advising her not to dwell on negative thoughts.
