Upon seeing Malti Devi, Anupama inquires about her well-being. Malti Devi explains that she felt suffocated in the room and came out, but now she cannot find her way back. Anupama offers to guide her while Paakhi appears on the scene and offers to help as well. Malti Devi looks at Paakhi and then at Anuj as they both offer their assistance. Uncomfortable with Malti Devi’s gaze, Anuj expresses his discomfort, stating that he knows she has been found and he does not appreciate the way she looks at him. Anupama tries to calm him down by reminding him that it is important to maintain a positive mood and avoid anger. However, Anuj accuses her of being controlling like a father rather than a wife. To diffuse the tension, Anupama suggests that if he is not going to the office, he should finish his meeting and spend time with their daughter instead. She also mentions that she plans on making a donation to an orphanage on his birthday per their tradition.
Anuj tells Anupama that he used to travel to Mumbai to donate money to Abhay, but now the organization has opened a branch in Ahmedabad. He encourages her to visit and make a donation through a cheque. Anuj expresses his satisfaction in doing good deeds, to which Anupama responds that he is always doing good things. He believes that no child should have to grow up in an orphanage because every child deserves the love of both parents. Anuj advises Anupama to take care of her own child if she has one. Recognizing his pain, Anupama mentions that she is aware of his struggles. Curious, Anuj asks how she knows about it. In response, Anupama playfully reveals that she has developed the ability to read people’s hearts and steal them too. Amused by her statement, Anuj affectionately refers to her as “Lady Bond”.
Malti Devi inquires about the flowers with Paakhi, who then reveals that they are for Buddy’s birthday celebration. Malti Devi becomes emotional and encourages her to make it a success. Meanwhile, Adhik and Romil accidentally bump into each other. Adhik accuses Romil of being blind, to which Romil apologizes and admits his mistake. However, Adhik continues to reprimand him for making too many errors. Romil defends himself by saying sorry again and expresses his concern for Anuj’s birthday party. Just as things escalate, Paakhi arrives and asks what is happening.
Romil remains tight-lipped while Choti Anu inquires about the party’s games. Paakhi assures her that there will be plenty of entertaining activities. Excitedly, Choti states that she wants to be on Romil’s team. Taking charge, Paakhi assigns Romil as the official DJ for the night and he readily agrees. She then delegates the task of making the cake to him as well, while asking Adhik to pack the gifts. Adhik cheekily suggests that he could also be a DJ, but Paakhi quickly shuts down any potential argument and reminds them that today is a day for celebration without any drama. However, their conversation is interrupted by a flickering light that eventually goes off.
Anupama wanted to visit the orphanage, then go to the temple for puja before coming home. Upon noticing Malti Devi’s son’s photo on the bed, she assumed Choti must have taken it out. She silently prayed for guidance on how to find his son. Suddenly, Choti slipped and Anupama accidentally dropped the photo into the dustbin. She asked Choti if she was okay. Baa mentioned that they were celebrating Anuj’s birthday today, prompting Vanraj to recall how Anuj first came on his birthday and Janmashtami. Toshu chimed in with how Anuj had saved Samar’s life, leading Baa to wonder when his actual birthday was. Vanraj clarified that the orphanage had informed him it was on Janmashtami.
Babu ji mentions his orphaned status, but look at how far he’s come. Baa declares Anuj as lucky. Toshu acknowledges his hard work. Baa expresses joy in dancing at the party tonight. Babu ji urges Vanraj to control his anger upon seeing Adhik and Romil. Baa playfully tells Vanraj to tape her mouth shut. Babu ji asks Toshu for assistance, leading to laughter among the group. Baa reveals that Malti Devi will also be attending the party, but her whereabouts are currently unknown as they search for her at the Ashram. Baa expresses doubt and dislike towards Malti Devi, citing their history together. Dimpy enters looking distressed and Kinjal inquires about her well-being. Dimpy confesses feeling weak, prompting a sarcastic remark from Baa who advises her not to attend the party. Dimpy insists on going and Babu ji makes it clear that they don’t want any drama caused by them at the party, causing surprise when the lights flicker momentarily.
Anupama comes to the orphanage, and tells the lady that Anuj couldn’t come, so she came instead. She says you look beautiful. Anupama says it was Anuj’s birthday yesterday, so she couldn’t make it yesterday. She gives the lady her cheque, but gives it to the lady by mistake. When the lady sees the photo, she asks, “Where did you get it?” Anupama replies, “I know her and this boy as well.”.
He gets ready and thinks where Anu is, she didn’t take away my bad sight. As he closes the door, he sees Malti Devi in her room. He hopes she won’t come to his birthday party. The light flickers in the orphanage as well. The lady asks Anupama where this boy lives and if you know him. Anupama replies no.
Baa approaches Anuj and wishes him a happy birthday, and protects him from the evil eye. Anuj thanks her, but questions if she can really remove it so easily. Baa reminds him of how she has caused trouble for Anupama and continues to taunt her, asking if he understands her intentions now. Anuj responds by playfully teasing Baa with endearing nicknames before asking her not to mock Anupama. He then moves on to greet everyone else in the room, checking on Dimpy’s well-being. As everyone wishes him a happy birthday, Vanraj embraces him and offers his own greeting. Just then, Romil enters the room, causing a stir between Vanraj and Babu ji. Paakhi interrupts them, reminding the group about their plans for the party. Samar agrees, suggesting they begin soon.
Anuj mentioned that Anu should come first. Barkha informed that Anu had gone to the orphanage, followed by a visit to the temple and then she would return home. Anuj inquired why she hadn’t arrived yet. Toshu reassured him that Anu would join soon and suggested they start the party. Baa speculated that she might have a surprise in store for him. The lady revealed something shocking to Anupama. Meanwhile, Anuj urged everyone to begin the party and wait for Anu’s arrival. Paakhi proposed playing a game, specifically a game called “25-50”. They asked for an explanation of the game, and Anuj announced that they would all participate. After Paakhi provided instructions, they commenced playing. Malti Devi appeared and observed Anuj while he waited for Anu. Finally, after her visit to the orphanage, Anupama emerged from inside the building.
