Devika arrived at Shah house to see Anupama, who she immediately embraced and cried with. Anupama returned the embrace and assured her that she was doing well. Devika apologized for being late and expressed her regret. Meanwhile, Samar, Babu ji, and others watched the emotional moment. Malti Devi approached Anuj to discuss a fancy dress competition at Choti’s school. She mentioned having a pair of ghungroo made for her and then took a seat beside Anuj on the sofa. Barkha and Adhik observed her, predicting she would soon bring up business matters. As expected, Malti Devi requested that Anuj refrain from making any statements against Sonu. This came as a shock to him, but Malti explained that as her only son, she didn’t want to put his life in danger. In response, Anuj reminded her of the pain a mother feels for their child.

Anuj compliments Anupama for having a friend like Devika, who then jokes that they are both lucky to have her as a friend. She notices that something seems off with Anuj and asks him if he’s okay. She playfully says she’s asking like the police and when they had decided on something together, they would ask like the police too. Anupama chimes in to say that they have decided to seek help from those who were present at the time of the incident and are ready to handle everything together.
In the end, Malti Devi gives Anuj the file. Devika is surprised to see Malti Devi. Anupama tells her she’s Anuj’s mother. Devika mentions that her face looks like Malti Devi. Anuj says she’s the famous Malti Devi. He leaves. Anupama whispers to Devika that she got rid of one saas and now has another. Malti Devi says she’s just Anuj’s mother and Anupama’s saa. Barkha advises her to become Anupama’s mother otherwise she won’t be able to become Anuj’s mother.
Vanraj comes there and sees an attacker attacking them with some goons. He comes in front of them and the bullet is shot at him. He gets shocked. Baa tells Babu ji that Toshu and Kinjal left Pari with them.

Paakhi confides in Anupama about Toshu’s unemployment and her struggles with infertility. Anupama reminds Paakhi that her problems are not bigger than Samar’s death as someone killed him. She advises Paakhi to fight for her problems while Samar cannot fight anymore. In an attempt to make Anupama understand, Paakhi urges her to value her relationship with Buddy and appreciate those who are still alive. However, Anupama stands firm in her beliefs and says that if she were practical like Paakhi claims to be, she wouldn’t hesitate to take action if any guy tried to harass or enter their house again. To this, Paakhi argues that everyone’s life is tough, but it is made harder due to Anupama’s stubbornness.
