Toshu informs the family that he believes it would be best for him, Kinjal, and Pari to move out of Shah House. Anupama inquires as to his reasoning. Toshu explains that based on yesterday’s arguments, he doesn’t foresee a resolution anytime soon and expects the fighting to continue. Additionally, he finds Dimpy’s behavior and Samar’s submissive nature towards his wife unbearable. Leela counters by saying that when Toshu caused drama before, Samar didn’t react negatively. Toshu responds by pointing out that Dimpy has now joined the household, making the situation more complicated. Kinjal advises him to carefully consider his words before speaking further.

Toshu expresses concern about his daughter growing up in this environment. Anupama playfully feeds him a laddoo and jokes that she could have silenced him with a slap, recalling how he once left home when his mother-in-law gave him a job and a place to live. However, now that he has neither, it’s difficult for him to support himself and his family. Toshu mentions that Anupama had previously suggested they move elsewhere. But Anupama reminds him that such a decision should involve Kinjal as well. Kinjal affirms that she will not leave her family, regardless of what Toshu decides. Feeling frustrated, Toshu walks away from the conversation followed by Kinjal.

During their conversation, Leela expresses to Anupama that after receiving her guidance yesterday, she has come to the realization that living separately may be the best option for their household’s tranquility. Anupama agrees, stating that their children may not have the maturity to live on their own and tend to be stubborn, but it is their responsibility as parents to guide them. Vanraj concurs with Anupama’s words and she mentions that she will take two laddus with her. Leela promises to make laddus for her once she moves to America and asks if Anupama will forget about her once she settles abroad. To this, Anupama reassures her that they will stay connected through video calls and promises never to forget Leela. Leela then reminds Anupama not to delay leaving or else Malti Devi will scold her. Following this exchange, Anupama bids them farewell and leaves. Leela turns to Vanraj and asks if he is also feeling anxious about this decision. He responds affirmatively, admitting that he believes only Anupama can manage the household effectively.

As Dimpy and Paakhi arrive at the Kapadia house for the paghphera ritual, Barkha performs her aarti while Anuj gives them a warm welcome. Gurumaa becomes anxious as she recalls Maaya’s previous disruptive behavior during Anupama’s coronation event. Surprised by Gurumaa’s high blood pressure, Nakul advises her to try and relax. However, Gurumaa can’t calm down as she has already declared Anupama as her successor and invested her hard-earned reputation and wealth in her. She fears that any mistake on Anupama’s part will ruin everything she has worked for. Nakul believes that although Anupama is a skilled dancer, being a mother will always be her top priority and may not have enough time to dedicate to the academy. As someone who has served Guruamma since childhood, he thinks he deserves a chance to prove himself.

According to Gurumaa, overseeing a gurukul is a significant duty that involves juggling multiple tasks. Nakul observes that Anupama holds a special place in Gurumaa’s heart, while other students maintain a strictly professional relationship with her. This is why Gurumaa attended Anupama’s son’s wedding. However, Gurumaa insists that Anupama is simply a dedicated student and nothing more. Still, Nakul persists in requesting an opportunity to compete against Anupama during today’s grand rehearsals and prove himself as a potential successor.

Anuj serves halwa to Dimpy, mentioning that he followed Anupama’s recipe. He turns to Paakhi and asks if she plans on staying. Paakhi nods and inquires about Little Anu’s whereabouts. Anuj reveals she is attending an arts class. Dimpy comments that being here feels like being at her childhood home. Samar offers Barkha a ghee-laden laddu made by Leela. Barkha notes the scarcity of ghee in the house, but Ankush assures her he can arrange for some and suggests that Samar stay with Dimpy if he wishes – referring to the challenge of living without a partner after marriage, using Anuj as an example. Maaya, feeling envious, overhears their conversation.

A watch is given to Adhik by Paakhi, who asks if he’s upset. Adhik asks who skips his own brother’s wedding. Paakhi apologizes. Maaya wants her to stay here. Despite taunting Maaya and Dimpy, Paakhi says she will since it is her own sasural, not a forced one. Paakhi says she will try to be Anupama’s shadow here since she is also a daughter of this house.

She warns Maaya that she is losing control over Anuj and her emotional blackmail isn’t working; she should take him back to Mumbai immediately or Anupama will reclaim him.

Vanraj assists Kinjal with her office tasks as she attends to Pari’s needs. Inquiring about their well-being, she reveals that Pari had a cough and Toshu was suffering from a headache. Vanraj expresses concern for Kinjal herself, knowing how constantly hoping for Toshu can be emotionally taxing. He reminds her of Anupama’s advice, suggesting she take it into consideration. Kinjal agrees but admits that it is difficult to distance herself from her family. They discuss handling their problems in a positive manner. Eventually, Kinjal brings up a matter she wants to discuss with him and Leela. Meanwhile, Nakul updates Anupama on a friendly competition happening between them. However, he secretly plots to sabotage Anupama’s reputation by placing glass pieces in a vase and intending to harm her during the contest.

Precap:

Nakul’s vile plan injured Anupama during competition. Gurumaa asks where the glass pieces came from and asks Nakul to show her CCTV footage. Nakul gets tense.
