Anupama looks at Aadhya, who is sitting quietly. A song plays……Aadhya falls asleep. Anupama comes close and holds her. Aadhya hugs her. Anupama holds her. Maa song plays…..Anupama cries. We asked them to return to India, but they refused, and Vanraj insisted. Babu Ji asks her to calm down and says it’s good that Pari, Aadhya, and Anupama are both acceptable. She hopes Shruti gets better soon. Kavya feels for Shruti, Kinjal, and Anupama.
Pakhi expresses concern for Aadhya’s well-being as Shruti battles for her life. She mentions Kinjal’s statement that Anupama saved Pari. Vanraj believes he would have taken the same action but wouldn’t have left his son and daughter-in-law alone at the hospital. Babu ji defends Anupama against Vanraj’s constant misunderstandings of her character. Vanraj criticizes Anupama for disregarding her family in front of Anuj and Aadhya. Dimpy suggests that the marriage did not take place. Vanraj confidently declares that he knew this outcome was inevitable due to Anupama’s actions, despite his initial hopes for the alliance.
Kavya questions Anupama’s reasons for wanting this. Vanraj explains that Anupama is interested in reconnecting with Anuj, her former boss after his restaurant closed down. Kavya accuses him of having a negative mindset. Dimpy notes that her mother has moved on and is happy. Vanraj believes that Anupama’s decision to call off the marriage is due to genuine happiness within her. Babu ji expresses sympathy for Anupama and Anuj and prays for Shruti’s quick recovery.
As Anuj observes Anupama comforting Aadhya, he ponders how to navigate the situation with Aadhya and Shruti. Meanwhile, Anupama visits Kinjal’s house and expresses her desire not to impose but instead be available whenever needed. Kinjal assures her that they consider Anupama’s problems as their own. Later, Anupama decides to rest in Pari’s room while Kinjal joins Toshu in their room. When Toshu asks about Anupama’s arrival, Kinjal reminds him to be considerate and not mock Baa’s mother-in-law. On the other hand, Babu Ji expresses his wish to see Anupama. Vanraj receives a call insisting on meeting them today and glances at Dimpy while Kavya notices his reaction.
When Anupama sees Anuj later that night, she experiences emotional turmoil. She sees Pari sleeping and drinks water. She hears Aadhya, Shruti, and Yashdeep telling her different things. Vanraj thinks everyone is so worried that they can’t predict how they will react. In the morning, Anupama still awakens and gets out of bed. Vanraj says someone from the office is coming. He tells Kavya not to overthink and to make arrangements for the guests. Kavya wonders who he has called, but he tells her not to worry too much.
While Kavya looks on, Vanraj introduces Prateik to Baa, Babu ji. Dimpy comes to the hospital. Vanraj praises Dimpy for being the backbone of their family and praises her even more. Kavya becomes sceptical. Anuj sees Aadhya writing in her diary and asks what happened. She says she’s writing a manifestation diary, and Pakhi has seen her write the same thing again to fulfill the wish. The doctor calls Anuj and asks him to come to the hospital as soon as possible.
When Prateik gets a call, he goes to it. Vanraj asks Kavya if he wishes to make Prateik the father of Ansh. Baa and Babu ji question what you mean. This is the truth, Vanraj says. Prateik is chosen as Dimpy’s husband and Ansh’s father. He says that Prateik is better than Titu in every way and lowers the latter. He asks them to think. Dimpy messages Titu, hoping to unite with him.
Kavya tells Vanraj she won’t let him betray Dimpy and Titu or let Dimpy marry Prateik. Vanraj asks who she is to interfere. Kavya replies that you don’t consider me family, but I consider everyone family. Anuj and Aadhya come to the hospital to see Shruti regain consciousness. They become happy when they see her.
Yashdeep invites Anupama to stay at his house, but she refuses. He says he will give her the recommendation letter. Anupama thanked him.
