Anuj asks Shruti if he thinks she is pushing him, then he will stop her here. Shruti asks him to take his time. Anuj gets up and tries to go. Shruti asks him to say what he wants to. It is just that…Aadhya comes over and says I will tell you and says he is getting cold feet about marrying at this age as a father of a grown-up girl.
Shruti says he took my life, I thought what he was going to tell me. Anuj asks Kanha ji to show him how to tell her truth. Shruti asks Aadhya for advice. After receiving her father’s call, Aadhya asks him not to break his promise. Anuj thinks he can’t live without talking to Anu.
When Pari asks Anupama about a Prince and Princess story, she says she wants to sleep with her. Anupama tells her about the princess who is always in trouble but always smiles. Pari wonders why the princess is so distressed in her castle. After her palace and world were ripped away, Anupama says a handsome and good Prince charming came into her life (thinking of Anuj). They then got married. Pari asks if they lived happily ever after. Anupama answers no.
Pari asks how this story is like a story in which a prince and princess unite. Anuj gets restless. Anupama says the princess and prince had a fight, and they moved on. Her story is beautiful, and she says the ending will be happy if the princess plunges into the water. In hopes of a happy ending, she gets a voice message from Anuj, saying he wants to meet her now. He calls her.
As soon as Anupama picks up the phone, Anuj says Anu….I want to meet you. Meet me once, and don’t let me go without speaking to you. And it says 5 years….please meet me once. Upon arriving there, Aadhya shouts, “I hate you, Mummy”, and snatches the phone from his hand, warning Anupama not to think about returning home. She scolds Anuj for breaking his promise and talking to her. She leaves there. Anupama becomes shocked and emotional and tears.
Titu goes live and expresses today’s #selfnote: the true pleasure of tea is found at a quaint tea stall, where sipping brings back sweet memories. Suddenly, Dimpy appears, catching him off guard. Curious, he dips his finger in the tea to confirm her presence. She asks if he came to inquire about Mr. Shah. Titu explains that he supports Pakhi’s store, a hardworking single mother facing financial struggles. Despite setbacks, she perseveres, unlike many others. He believes it’s worth it if his fame can aid someone in need.
As Aadhya leaves the house, Anuj follows closely behind, pleading for her to hear him out. Anupama feels guilty for not being present in her daughter’s life and worries that Aadhya now despises her. Despite the hatred she receives from Aadhya, Anupama accepts it as a mother and wonders how she can bear living with such resentment. She recalls how Choti longed for her parents while in the orphanage, but now she hates her mother. Anupama also questions how Anuj has managed through all this and blames herself for the current situation. Despite Aadhya’s disdain towards her, Anupama remembers their conversation where she admitted to hating her father but assured herself that she would not let their daughter hate him too.
They will be together, she says. Anuj hugs Aadhya. Aadhya asks him to meet her. Anuj shouts Aadhya. Anupama says it is better to die and blames herself, asking Kanha ji why he kept her alive. When she meets me, she will feel so much pain. She thinks she won’t meet her, so she cries.
Anuj asks Aadhya to say calmly and don’t shout. Aadhya says you don’t listen to me and know how much I hate her, but you have forgotten my pain. Anuj says you have feelings, don’t you? Aadhya says you have forgotten how much she has hurt us? Anuj says this must be her helplessness. She asks him not to defend her. Anuj says you hurt me today; why can’t a father?
She asks him to forget her. He says he loved her for 26 years, then spent three years with her, then stayed away from her for five years, but couldn’t forget her. She says that woman gives us so much pain, and I stop you for yourself and do not want her to come into our lives. She says she has come in and started the destruction. She says she has started the destruction. Anuj says she’s your mother.
Titu says I told her I could invest in her business. Dimpy thinks he will go. He asks her to become an inspiration for the girls and says Anupama Maam used to say that taking the first step is always hard, but you have to go through it. Aadhya adds that she never truly loved either and only married Anuj for security. She explains how she used all of their money on her distant relatives, displaying her manipulative, greedy, and selfish nature. Anuj raises his voice at Aadhya’s accusations.
