Maaya gazes at the car keys, feeling that Anupama has left her with no other option but to remove her from both Anuj and her life. As they walk together on the street, Anupama expresses her desire to be alone for a while. Kanta reassures her not to worry about Maaya’s mental state. Bhavesh suggests that if Maaya is truly unwell, she should seek treatment in a hospital. However, Anupama refuses to discuss the matter and instead asks to be left alone. Later, as Maaya drives towards Anupama, she reflects on past events and believes that Anupama is playing the victim when in reality, she herself is a victim of Anupama’s cruel acts. In a fit of rage, she speeds towards Anupama and imagines knocking her down. Suddenly coming back to her senses, she realizes it was all in her head and heads anxiously towards her room where she takes out her anger by destroying things. Just then, Anupama enters the room.
Anuj asks Akush why he didn’t stop Anupama from entering Maaya’s room and Kanta asks Kanta why she brought Anupama back here. Kanta says Anupama didn’t listen to her. Anuj says Anupama resisted speaking to Maaya and warned no one not to disturb her. Barkha murmurs she is sick and tired of this drama. Adhik says he is too. He asks where his wife is, and he says she must be crying in her room. Barkha asks him to go to her and calm her down. Adhik refuses.
Anupama cleans Maaya’s room as Maaya shouts in frustration. She questions why Anupama bothered to come if she dislikes everyone in the house, and insists that she leave. Anupama, however, takes hold of her hands and explains that she wants to have a conversation with her. She then sits her down and hands her a deity’s idol. As Maaya begins to calm down, Anuj expresses his impatience and decides to check on Anupama. Bhavesh intervenes, stating that Anupama must have had something important in mind when going to speak with Maaya. Kanta chimes in, saying that Anupama doesn’t require his assistance and if he truly wanted to help, he should have prevented this situation from occurring.
Kinjal updates the Shahs about Paakhi’s continuous crying and Anupama’s visit to speak to Maaya. The Shahs express their concern for Anupama. Dimpy wonders how Kinjal can remain calm despite her plans getting ruined due to Anupama’s drama, as she was supposed to go to the dance academy and then somewhere with Samar. Vanraj believes that Anupama should have avoided going back after being humiliated by Maaya. Leela hopes that Maaya doesn’t cause any further harm to Anupama.
Anupama reassures Maaya that both internal anger and external harm have the power to inflict pain. She clarifies that she and Anuj are not scheming against anyone, but rather they share a genuine love for each other. As husband and wife, they have the right to openly choose to be together whenever they please, and no one can prevent them from doing so. Anupama expresses surprise at learning that Anuj will also be going to America. However, she firmly believes that he belongs exclusively to her for seven lifetimes, and no one can take him away from her. As a mother, she selflessly sacrificed her own happiness for her daughter Anu’s sake. Yet despite this sacrifice, she continues to love Anuj deeply as a mother’s love knows no bounds.
She continues that Maaya never loved Anuj but just was stubborn to snatch him from her; she allowed Maaya to do her drama for her daughter’s sake; she feels sorry for Anuj who had to go through three emotional turmoils of losing his parents, getting Mukku married to a wrong person, separating from her, tolerating Maaya’s nonsense, and above all, being blamed by everyone; there is a limit to tolerance and once he breaks down, he will not return to normal.
She continues her long speech describing how Little Anu suffers because of her biological mother, how Little Anu prayed god to send her parents and when she got a mother, her mother frightened her so much that she is afraid to be near her mother, etc., etc. Maaya remembers Little Anu’s frightened face and says she must handle the situation before it’s too late.
