Anupama reassures the judges that she knows the intense competition, but her main goal is to prove herself and others wrong. She confidently declares that she, Anupama Joshi, is determined to win. The second judge nods in admiration of her determination. The other female judge praises Anupama for standing firm despite facing numerous challenges. The first judge expresses that she wants to celebrate Anupama’s weaknesses. Amidst all this, Anupama reminds herself not to panic and trusts that whatever is meant to happen will happen as per God’s plan. Meanwhile, Vanraj informs Pakhi that her flight back to India will take four hours. However, Pakhi stubbornly refuses to board the flight, claiming it would be a waste of money. Just then, Anupama exits the stage area.
Vikram reaches out to Anupama and inquires about the audition. She reveals that they mentioned they would contact her later. Concerned about her well-being, Vikram suggests that she rest. However, Anupama expresses her desire to celebrate with them, as she never imagined getting the chance to perform on such a grand stage and share her story with the judges in English. She reminisces about how even small moments of happiness were celebrated in India. As they take a piece of chocolate, Anupama suggests they raise a toast and bid farewell. Before ending the call, she notices missed calls from Kinjal.
Pakhi shouts that she doesn’t want to go to India when Vanraj says you’ll go to India. Baa says Babu ji had difficulty sleeping. Aarush is just my friend and is helping me establish the business. Pakhi calls him Papa yaar…He asks her not to call him Papa yaar and says I am your father, you will get slapped. Pakhi says he is just a friend, and we hug and shake hands all the time. She says Aarush is silent because of her, which isn’t India.
I will call Anupama to do your work. Pakhi says she broke up with us five years ago, so now she has no right to us. Anupama pats on her forehead. She says I have the right to do so since I am your mother. Pakhi says, Mummy….Anupama says you saw that I stayed away from you all for five years but didn’t see why. She says even I didn’t want to see your faces, I came here to meet Ansh, Baa, Babu ji etc.
She says I get greedy to come and see you all. She asks why Maa isn’t Maa if she doesn’t support her. She tells her that she is her mother and she can do anything, including slapping her. The police officer tells her to do whatever she wants. She says she thought not to come today but saw Kinjal’s message and came instead. She asks about Babu ji, who has fallen. Toshu and Vanraj stare at each other. Anupama becomes concerned.
Shruti asks Anuj if they shall book the White House for reception. Anuj says yes. Shruti laughs and says you are funny. Anuj is writing a letter to Anupama on his laptop. As she had ordered groceries, Shruti asked Anuj for cash. He asks her to take it out of her wallet. When she opens it, she sees Anuj-Anupama’s family picture.
Anupama inquires with Babu ji about the goons upon meeting him. He explains that he instructed Vanraj and Toshu not to disclose the situation to anyone. Feeling apologetic, Anupama acknowledges that they could not take care of him. Vanraj joins them and agrees, expressing his remorse as well. Babu ji then asks about the audition, to which Anupama responds that they will be notified of the results. Vanraj adds that it most likely means not being selected. However, Babu ji remains hopeful. Anupama feels proud of her first attempt, and Kavya shares her joy. Kinjal also chimes in, stating that she has learned to stay away from Anuj. Kavya expresses her desire for them to be together despite this newfound knowledge.
They are in the car with Anuj. Shruti is about to ask him about the family picnic. They see Anupama crossing the road, and her pallu gets stuck in the car. When Anupama refuses, Shruti insists. Anupama sits in the car. Shruti says she heard Spice and Chutney are closing, so you have to return to India.
She says you won’t want to stay in your son’s house if you attend AK and my marriage. She says I want you to cater our wedding, which will give her proper closure. Her phone rings, and Anupama is delighted. She thanks Kanha ji and explains that many others will open when God closes one door. She says she has passed the superstar chef preliminary round.
He tells Anupama that no one can compete with her in cooking and that if anyone eats the food, they will fall in love with her again. Anupama is happy and says I am very happy. Shruti asks Anuj to get flowers for her friend. Anuj gets out of the car. Anupama thanks him and leaves.
Anupama gets off as well. She walks to the dance class. She asks herself how happy Baa and Babu Ji will be. She asks herself to think about herself. Shruti comes behind her and calls her. Anupama asks if anything is left behind. Shruti says this and gives the photo. She says two loves cannot stay in one heart. She says this photo does not belong in Anuj’s life.

During the competition, Anupama sprains her hand and asks Diya to take her to the hospital. She becomes determined to win.
