The Episode begins with Anupama expressing her gratitude to Kanha ji for bringing her so much joy that she couldn’t resist making halwa until morning. While all the issues have been resolved, one thing remains unresolved. Just then, Anuj arrives, and Anupama requests him to wait. However, he declines, stating that he must leave as Aadhya wants to return and needs to talk to Shruti.
Anupama suggests he talk to Shruti ji, but he insists that he speak with her first. She explains that while she is used to being alone, Shruti is not. He clarifies that he does not love Shruti and believes marrying her would be the right decision. However, Anupama reminds him that their daughter, Aadhya, does not want them to reconcile. Anuj reassures her not to feel guilty for past mistakes. Anupama regrets canceling the wedding between Shruti and him as she does not wish Aadhya to resent her even more. Anuj asks for a chance to persuade Aadhya, but Anupama declines and says she does not wish to continue the conversation.
As tears well up in her eyes, Anuj becomes increasingly upset and frustrated with her choice. The song “Lut gaye” plays in the background as Anuj declares his unwavering love for her. He reassures her that he has never forced her and will not do so now, emphasizing that no one can ever come between them, not even herself. Despite his plans to leave on a flight tomorrow morning, he promises to return for her. Overwhelmed with emotion, Anupama sheds tears.
Toshu informs Vanraj that Babu ji will reject building a tower because Mummy has arrived. Pakhi chimes in, stating that Mummy is determined to keep this house. Confused, Vanraj questions this woman’s intentions, wondering if she plans to take away our home as well. He then adds that constructing the tower would mean having 3-4 additional flats. Pakhi and Toshu exchange a knowing look before Pakhi mentions that Mummy has still not signed the NOC. Toshu adds that Babu ji will give in if Mummy objects. Finally, Vanraj acknowledges that Anupama’s needs and desires come first for him, even before his own.
Toshu reminds Babu ji that he may not recall certain things and suggests that he decide. Pakhi agrees and informs him of the situation. Toshu then advises to speak with the builder. Vanraj assures that he will converse with Babu ji, considering it concerns his children. Upon hearing everything, Babu ji is surprised. Anupama arrives, offering his medicine. Everyone turns to see Babu ji standing there, prompting Anupama to ask what happened.
Babu Ji mentions postponing his medication and retreating to his room. He informs Baa that they are hindering their children’s happiness and it is time to eliminate this obstacle. He acknowledges that their children are more affected by their presence than anticipated, as they now view their advice as interference. Baa agrees, stating that is precisely why they have decided to leave while eyeing the trolley.
As Anuj gazes at Anupama’s picture, he pleads for her to reconsider, admitting that he cannot bear to be without her. Just then, Aadhya joins them and reports experiencing severe stomach discomfort and multiple episodes of vomiting. Anuj wastes no time suggesting that they visit a doctor.
Anupama expresses concern for Anuj, telling him not to proceed with whatever he plans. She receives a message from him stating that Aadhya is experiencing stomach pain and he is taking her to see a doctor. Upon calling him, Anupama inquires about Aadhya’s well-being. Anuj informs her that they are on their way to the hospital. Without hesitation, Anupama assured him that she would join them there.
The doctor examines Aadhya and administers an injection. Anuj and Anupama become anxious for her well-being. The medical professional inquired if Aadhya consumed any food from outside. Anuj admits that she had some street food that was against his advice but adds that others had it without any issue. The doctor explains that each person’s immunity is unique. Anuj then asks about their travel plans for the next day, and the doctor advises them to postpone the trip. Anupama also suggests postponing as Aadhya cannot currently eat flight food.
Titu and Dimpy are in the same room. She appears to be both happy and sad. She mentions that her sadness will persist until their father agrees with them. Titu reassures her that he will do his best to persuade their father. However, Dimpy expresses her helplessness in being unable to do anything for their mother, who is currently in the village while they are here. Titu responds by stating that his knowledge of their mother’s happiness depends on his own. Soon after, Vanraj knocks on the door and calls out to Dimpy, who promptly opens it. He informs her that Ansh needs his father now, not his grandfather (Dada). Titu takes this opportunity to go with him while Dimpy politely bids good night to their grandfather (Papa). Vanraj can’t help but wonder how long it will truly take for Titu to truly become a good father figure.
The following day, Ansh excitedly shares with Pari and the other children that his father had told him a bedtime story the previous night, causing him to fall asleep quickly. Kinjal adds that she had also fallen asleep while snuggled up with their father. Kavya remarks that she was unsure when Vanraj had taken Ansh to Dimpy and Titu’s room. In the meantime, Anupama and Anuj arrive at the Shah household with Aadhya. Everyone eagerly inquires about what happened, to which Anuj responds that Aadhya had been hospitalized the night before due to a high fever, stomach ache, and vomiting. Baa then asks for an update on the doctor’s diagnosis.
Anuj explained that the doctor had assured us that Aadhya would recover in 4-5 days, resulting in the postponement of our trip. Before bringing her here, he didn’t consult anyone because she wanted to spend time with the kids. Dimpy, Kinjal, and Kavya approve of his decision. Vanraj suggests that Anuj and Anupama will also stay here if Aadhya stays.
The children escort Aadhya away. Vanraj inquires how long they plan to use Aadhya to see each other. Anupama is about to respond, but Anuj interjects that he doesn’t need anyone’s assistance to meet her. Anuj informs Vanraj that they are both single now, and it isn’t his concern whether they live together, despise each other, love each other, or engage in a live-in relationship. Vanraj remains silent.
