The Episode begins with the children kindly offering their pillows and toys to Aadhya, who gratefully accepts. Ansh then proceeds to massage her head, but she declines. The kids soothe her with a lullaby and she eventually falls asleep. However, she suddenly awakens from her slumber, remembering Anupama’s heartfelt love confession. She expresses to Anupama that she isn’t feeling well. Concerned, Anupama inquires about Vanraj’s whereabouts from Kinjal, who informs her that he is still upset. She asks Anupama to remove any negative energy from Dimpy and Titu as they look lovely.

Anupama assures them that they will be protected from any negativity and that she will remove any bad energy surrounding them. Anuj brings medication for Aadhya and offers assistance, but Anupama politely declines, insisting on taking care of it herself. Kinjal explains that the current situation is all part of God’s plan, and he wants Anupama and Anuj to reconcile. She embraces her mother-in-law and tells her not to feel guilty, as fate has given her a second chance at first love, a rare blessing.

Toshu and Pakhi are both excited about getting their flats. They are also planning to purchase cars. Pakhi mentioned that she would rent out her flat and travel to Dubai. Toshu asks her where she will stay, and she replies that she will remain in their father’s flat. She explained that if she stayed in her flat, she would have to care for everything herself, which she didn’t want to do. However, if she stays in their father’s flat, she won’t have any responsibilities, and everything will be taken care of for her. Toshu advises her not to come to his flat because he doesn’t want any arguments between Kinjal and himself. Pakhi promises she won’t go and suggests they meet at their father’s flat instead. She then reveals that the only reason why she married Adhik was for a luxurious life, but he turned out to be useless. Suddenly, a crow makes a noise, causing both Pakhi and Toshu to worry that Anupama might interfere with their plans.

Titu brings the kids to Aadhya, and they sing a song together. He then invites her to dance with him on a reality show. Aadhya is almost ready to accept, but she spots Anupama nearby. She explained that she needed to go to the US as soon as possible and sort everything out, especially regarding her relationship with Shru. Anupama walks away after hearing this.

Kinjal informs Dimpy and Kavya that she was pressuring herself to wed Anuj, but Aadhya’s remarks will cause her to change her mind. Dimpy expresses confusion as to why Kinjal cannot see their joy. Kavya acknowledges that Kinjal is obstructing their love and admits wanting to reprimand her and make her understand her physical error. Anupama sheds tears while Anuj observes her silently.

Vanraj is discussing with the builder, who urges him to make a prompt decision. After handing over a cheque, Vanraj agrees. Meanwhile, Anuj picks up a letter and tosses it on the ground while a song plays in the background. Anupama picks up the paper and reads the note, which expresses regret for his actions and explains that he will not speak to her since she rejected him. He acknowledges her feelings of pain, fear, and guilt and implores her to prioritize her happiness for once. She reminds her that she has made countless sacrifices and encourages her to consider her well-being.

After Anuj leaves, Anupama walks in and finds Vanraj sitting there. He informs her that Anuj is no longer present and that he has come to speak with her. Vanraj mentions their conversation about the parrot and Mayna and explains why he stopped by. Getting straight to the point, he expresses his desire to discuss matters concerning the Shah household.

Later that evening, Babu ji awakens, and Baa inquires about his well-being. She suggests calling Vanraj if he is not feeling well. However, Babu ji dismisses her concern, stating that he will take some churan and feel better. Anupama urges him to get to the point while Vanraj reiterates his proposal regarding the tower on the land, emphasizing its benefits for their children’s future. Anupama expresses her approval, adding that she has no objections as long as Baa and Babu ji are on board. Vanraj reveals that he has already discussed the matter with them and taken a 51 lakh rupee cheque advance from the builder. He then requests Anupama’s signature on the NOC.

Anupama gazes at Aadhya with relief as she notices her fever has reduced. She rests her head on her hand, listening to Aadhya murmur Shruti’s name in her sleep, expressing how much she misses her. This sight tears Anupama’s eyes, causing her to stand up and encounter Anuj, standing nearby.
