Tapish apologizes for interrupting, and Anupama expresses her gratitude for his quick reflexes, which prevented Dimpy from falling. Dimpy wonders if she had requested Tapish’s help, to which he responds by acknowledging that offering assistance without being asked can sometimes bruise someone’s ego. He then requests Anupama to continue teaching him dance until Dimpy is ready to take on students. Anupama mentions that Romil spoke highly of Tapish’s dancing skills and believes their dance academy will significantly benefit from his talent. She also thanks him once again for saving Dimpy and reminds him of the significance of her son and Dimpy in her life. The teacher asks Malti Devi to relay a message to Anupama regarding the upcoming sports day and check if they know it.
Malti Devi recalls seeing it and says she has seen it. The teacher says she will call her. Malti Devi replies no need, I will remind them. She says Choti’s dadi will be there and not her mother. It is planned to bring Anuj there. Baa takes off Dimpy’s bad sight and says that is why I say. Anupama says Dimpy will only teach dance. Then she asks Baa how Diwali should be celebrated. Baa says we should celebrate Diwali as well.
Neither Toshu nor Kinjal are sure when they will return, but Anupama says they will celebrate grandly to have only good memories. Baa tells Anupama to be careful with Malti Devi. She will take action. Malti Devi comes home and finds Pakhi with the parcels. She asks if Adhik’s salary has been spent. Pakhi said she had shopped it with Anuj’s credit card. She leaves. Malti Devi gets upset. Kavya feels shoulder pain. Anupama massages her shoulder.
After a while, Kavya requests Anupama to take a break. Anupama points out that she is still working. Kavya explains that she has been taking on various opportunities from home and making things work. She mentions that relying solely on her father-in-law’s pension and Dimpy’s classes is insufficient to run the household. While she knows that Anuj and Anupama are willing to support them, she remains hesitant to accept their help as she values her independence. Anupama reassures her that they are always available if needed. Kavya smiles and excuses herself for a phone call. Seeing Kavya happy, Anupama wonders how she stays positive despite their difficulties.
Anupama reminds her that there is a strong Devi within every woman, urging her to stand up and fight. Abhimanyu gratefully responds, saying he will reserve the room and looks forward to seeing her soon. With a hint of regret, Anupama informs them that she has to leave. Barkha advises Malti Devi not to focus on the price tag, warning her of the risk of a heart attack. She points out how Pakhi has adopted the role of a perpetual victim and highlights her indulgent and disrespectful behavior. She mentions how Dimpy also resides in the house, likening it to a refugee camp. She predicts that Kinjal and Toshu will remain here once they move to the US while Malti Devi will be left alone in the garage.
According to Malti Devi, this will not occur. However, Barkha warns that if Anupama goes against her, she will be ousted from the house. Malti Devi believes that as the household’s mother, Anupama does not fully understand the extent of her power. Upon Anupama’s return home, she immediately inquires about Choti. Surprisingly, Malti Devi reveals that Choti is staying at a friend’s house. Anupama expresses her concern and insists on calling Choti.Nevertheless, Malti Devi argues that Choti is likely asleep by now, and it is unnecessary to disturb her. Anupama reminds Malti Devi to consult herself or her brother-in-law before making any decisions concerning Choti. However, Malti Devi remains adamant in asserting that they do not need permission to act. In response, Anupama kindly requests that this situation not occur again
Heading to her room, she contemplates how Malti Devi must be aware of her loyalty to Anuj, which is why she’s behaving the way she is. She adds that she will do the same if Malti Devi crosses any boundaries. Meanwhile, Malti Devi decides to inform Anuj about the upcoming sports day at the last minute but purposely won’t tell Anupama because she plans on spending the day with Choti. Unaware of all this, Anupama intends to pick up Choti from her friend’s house, get her ready for school, and drop her off before spending the day with her once she returns home.
