Shahs learn about Choti Anu’s panic attack. Kavya asks how Choti Anu fell unconscious. Leela says she knew Anuj couldn’t handle it alone and hence called Anupama. Toshu says Anuj shouldn’t have called Anupama there. Kinjal says Paakhi called Anupama there. Leela says Choti Anu can only be handled by Anupama. Vanraj says Anuj adopted Choti Anu and left Anupama. Kinjal says they had also called Anupama for each problem.
Vanraj believes both the Shahs and Kapadias have made a mistake, and it’s time for them to understand that Anupama has her own life too. She should be selfish and put herself first. Leela disagrees, stating that no mother will ever stop worrying about her child. Dimpy suggests discussing it further in the morning and getting some rest for now. Kinjal points out that it’s difficult to sleep in this situation. Dimpy then proposes staying up all night for a vigil instead. Vanraj confides to Kavya that Anuj is intentionally using Choti Anu to continuously summon Anupama back home, trying to prevent her from going to the USA. He knows this because he has done it himself in the past; Anuj is emotionally manipulating Anupama and won’t let her leave this time.
Anuj implores Anupama to take action and wake up Choti Anu. Ankush assures that Anupama is capable of handling any task. Dimpy contacts Barkha to inquire about Choti Anu’s health. Barkha mentions that Anupama is currently present with them. Dimpy shares how Paakhi had called and expressed doubts about Anupama going to the US again. Barkha promises to discuss it later and hangs up the phone. Anupama sings a lullaby for Choti Anu and prays for her speedy recovery. Choti Anu responds by moving her hands. Anuj informs Anupama who immediately rushes to her daughter’s side. Choti Anu opens her eyes and calls out to her mother, prompting Anupama to reassure her that she is there with her.
Barkha observes that Choti Anu seems to have overheard their conversation as she stares at Anupama. Anupama brings porridge and milk for Choti Anu, soothing her with a lullaby once again. Choti Anu’s reaction is peculiar. Paakhi captures a video and shares it with the Shahs. Leela had predicted that only a mother could attend to her child’s needs, which turns out to be true. Eventually, Anupama dozes off with Choti Anu in her arms. The next morning, she wakes up to find Anuj sleeping while holding her hand. He expresses gratitude towards her for taking care of Choti Anu and suggests that she freshen up while he stays with the little one.
Gurumaa and Nakul drive towards gurukul in her car. She stresses the importance of Anupama reaching USA, as her money and fame are on the line. When Gurumaa calls Anupama, Anuj repeatedly ignores her call, causing Gurumaa to become frustrated. Eventually, Anuj picks up the phone and explains that Anu was in the bathroom. Gurumaa questions why Anu ignored her call last night and is now rejecting it, knowing that her husband will try to stop her from going to USA. Despite this, she insists that Anu must reach gurukul immediately as she has a flight early tomorrow morning. Just then, Anupama returns from the bathroom and asks about the missed call.
He hands her the phone. She notices a call from Gurumaa and asks him what she said. Anuj responds that she had her say and advises Anupama to go to USA without worrying about Choti Anu as he will take care of her. She agrees to go home now. Anuj reminds her not to return again, knowing it would be hard for Choti Anu. Anupama requests to stay with Choti Anu for a while longer, but Anuj declines. As the song “Tu Meri Zindagi Hai” plays in the background, they part ways with heavy hearts. Anuj vows not to treat Anupama the way the Shah family has for years and promises not to hinder her success.

It is Gurumaa who tells Anupama that when the sky calls, earth tries to drag them down; now Anupama has to decide between the sky and the earth. Nakul informs Anupama that they have only 7 hours left to reach the airport. Vanraj hopes that any obstacles will not stop Anupama. Choti Anu’s condition worsens. Anuj is told to call Anupama by Paakhi.
