As the episode begins, Bobby asks Kunal to come. Vandana says it’s not the right time. Mrunal says my Dubai plan failed. The man tells Kunal to go there, because the car won’t go there. Bobby says he means we’ll have to walk. Kunal hopes the penthouse won’t be like the neighborhood. Bhabhi asks Vandana about the recording.
Mrunal asks what happened, why did they reject you. Bhabhi says time isn’t the same every time, it will be fine next time. Aaji sings Uthe sabke kadam… Vijay and everyone sing and dance. The neighbors also join in. Vandana sings Dhadke jo tujhme…
Vandana receives encouragement from everyone, causing a smile to form on her face. Kunal engages in a dispute with the lady, while the man mentions that a wealthy individual will be staying here. Aaji suggests that there should be someone present to argue. Vandana kindly advises against such ideas. Aaji reminds them not to put on an act, as even quarrels can turn into love with time. Bobby realizes that the house is situated near Vandana Nivaas, making him reminiscent of Vandana. Kunal hesitates and asks if there will be any noise at this location, to which Bobby reassures him and decides to call the agent for further assistance. The agent agrees to show them the house without hesitation or complications upon their arrival.
In frustration, Kunal walks away. Bobby says you can go to the party, you’re roaming alone, you’ve never thought of anyone since Sonia’s tragedy. Kunal stops and becomes angry. Vandana says we’ll cry a lot when my bidaai comes, I’m not going too far, I’m staying close. Hemant says I’ll make it grand. Bhabhi says Shivam needs to pay school fees first. She tells Shivam to change his uniform. Shivam feels sad. The neighbors leave feeling odd.

Vandana suggests that she should also look for a job while pursuing her dream career.
Hemant says don’t worry, you’ve already done a great deal for us, we’ll handle everything. Anagha argues. Vandana says I beg of you now. Munal says I don’t want to do a stupid job. Aaji taunts him. The broker/agent comes and asks them to stop it. The guard says he’s a broker and he’s showing the penthouse.
We will do whatever we want, Hemant says. Vandana says there will be noise, get normal clients or else you’ll lose. Broker goes. Mrunal asks if he’s a celebrity or a film star. Kunal looks in confusion.
