Bade Acche Lagte Hai 3 18th September 2025 Written Episode begins with Padma in tears, telling Shreyas that she has a bad feeling. Shreyas tries to console her, saying she should not think like Dad and joking that maybe Vinay went shopping with Bhagyashree. Just then, Vinay calls and asks if Amma is with Shreyas. When Padma takes the phone, she anxiously asks where Vinay is. To her surprise, Vinay happily reveals that he is with Gautham and that Rishabh and Bhagyashree have just gotten married with their blessings. Shocked, Padma asks how it all happened and about Nysah. Vinay explains that the police took Nysah away, while Bhagyashree and Rishabh went to file a complaint. Padma becomes emotional, regretting missing her daughter’s wedding, but Vinay reassures her that they will perform another ceremony so she can celebrate properly.
Meanwhile, at the office, Rishabh and Bhagyashree share a light-hearted moment. Suddenly, the power goes out, and frightened of the dark, Bhagyashree hugs Rishabh. He switches on his phone torch to comfort her, assuring her there is nothing to worry about. He tells her that once the staff return, they will leave for their suhagrat. Bhagyashree playfully protests, but when the power comes back, Rishabh lifts her in his arms, making her blush.
At the hospital, Revati and Purab meet Karthik to ask about Sowmya. Karthik explains that there were complications due to her early delivery and that he had avoided telling their mother to keep her from worrying. Purab offers to bring food so they can celebrate the baby’s arrival. Karthik thanks him for always being so supportive.
Back at home, Gautham performs the griha pravesh ceremony for Rishabh and Bhagyashree. Bhagyashree becomes emotional when she sees the “Welcome Home Boss Ma’am” board arranged by Gautham, expressing how blessed she feels to finally be part of a loving family. Gautham asks her not to call him uncle, and she lovingly addresses him as Papa instead. He suggests they freshen up before meeting Padma, who is still upset about missing their wedding. Bhagyashree silently thinks of her mother’s feelings and feels emotional.
Shreyas later visits the hospital and tells Karthik that he realised Revati lied about their location. Karthik explains that he only wanted to protect their parents from extra stress. Their conversation turns joyful when the nurse announces that Sowmya has delivered a baby girl. Excited, they decide to immediately share the good news with their parents.
Later, Bhagyashree meets Padma and finds her taking out old clothes. Padma explains it is a tradition to prepare old clothes for the newborn before bringing in new ones. She expresses her happiness at seeing Bhagyashree and Rishabh together, recognising the deep love between them. Bhagyashree, touched, affirms her faith and trust in Rishabh.
