Padma worries about society, but Vinay stands firm—he cares for his daughter’s happiness above all.
Bhagyashree returns from jogging, where Vinay informs her that Nikhil’s parents are visiting for the engagement. Though Bhagyashree resists, Vinay insists this is the right decision. Revati teasingly offers to get engaged herself, but Vinay silences her.
Just then, Rishabh arrives unexpectedly. He jokes lightly, but Vinay makes it clear—Bhagyashree’s engagement to Nikhil will put an end to all confusion.
Later, while dressing up, Bhagyashree is lost in Rishabh’s memories. Revati notices her unease, reminding her that Rishabh has always supported their family. But Bhagyashree insists his help was a ploy to betray her trust. Revati tells her to think carefully before committing to Nikhil. Left alone, Bhagyashree admits she fears solving one problem only to fall into another and resolves to talk directly to Nikhil.
At the venue, Vinay and Padma supervise preparations. Amid playful moments, Shreyas returns home early. Mistaking the occasion for Revati’s wedding, he learns it is Bhagyashree’s engagement. When Rishabh enters, tensions flare as Shreyas scolds him, but Vinay surprisingly invites Rishabh to witness the ceremony. Rishabh quietly declares he will see his own future there.
During a private moment, Bhagyashree confesses her truth to Nikhil. She admits she no longer loves him and, despite her anger towards Rishabh, cannot deny her feelings for him. Nikhil pleads for another chance, believing love will return with time.
At that exact moment, Rishabh walks in, stirring Bhagyashree’s emotions even more. As Nikhil’s mother presents the rings, Vinay and Padma urge Bhagyashree forward. Torn between duty and her heart, Bhagyashree picks up the ring, her eyes filled with pain.
