Calm and composed, Rishabh introduces himself as the new Managing Director. His sudden re-entry into their professional world leaves everyone stunned.

At home, Bhagyashree struggles to process the news. She questions how Rishabh has once again managed to intrude into her life. Anger rises as she vows not to let his wealth and power dictate her emotions. Nikhil tries to cheer her up with a tea invitation, but she refuses, declaring that Rishabh has already ruined the very first day of the New Year. Before she can explain further, loud drilling noises echo outside. When they open the door, they see Rishabh fixing his nameplate.

Rishabh greets Padma and Vinay warmly, casually revealing that he is now their new neighbour. Vinay’s fury boils over, and he calls for an urgent society meeting.

During the meeting, Bhagyashree’s family requests the society to evict Rishabh. However, members of the LGBTQ community express their delight at his return, showering him with affection. Patil explains the reality—Rishabh owns half the flats in the society, making eviction impossible. Vinay brands him a fraud, but Patil firmly counters, reminding everyone that even Vinay’s family resides in flats owned by Rishabh’s company. Rishabh proposes a fair voting system to decide his fate. The LGBTQ ladies stand strongly by his side, shifting the outcome in his favour. Humiliated, Bhagyashree storms out.

Frustrated, Bhagyashree calls Mayur and demands a hotel room booking. As she packs her bags, Padma questions her decision, but Bhagyashree insists she cannot live under Rishabh’s shadow. First he became her boss, and now her neighbour—she refuses to let him control her life. Despite Padma’s attempts to reason, Bhagyashree remains firm.

Mukul Chadda later announces the voting results—Rishabh wins the majority and is allowed to stay. While the LGBTQ community celebrates, Vinay fumes and blames Revati for tipping the balance with her vote.

Outside, Rishabh stops Bhagyashree from leaving. He reminds her of the company’s housing rules, saying she cannot vacate without proper notice. He bluntly tells her she has no choice but to stay. Furious, Bhagyashree accuses him of scheming deliberately. As she turns to leave, her dupatta falls across Rishabh’s face. Lost in memories, he kisses it, but Bhagyashree snatches it back and storms off.

At the office, Rishabh addresses his employees, pointing out last month’s poor performance but assuring them things will improve under his leadership. Some staff members whisper playfully about working weekends under a handsome boss. Rishabh then turns his attention to Bhagyashree, asking about her shampoo brand. Sunny amusingly identifies it by sniffing her hair, and Rishabh announces their next product will be modelled on it, with Bhagyashree as the face of the campaign. She refuses, insisting it is not her area of expertise and suggesting Sunny instead, but Rishabh remains firm, promising to guide her for the company’s growth.

Elsewhere, Revati shares happy news with her parents—her fiancé and his family are coming to meet them. The household begins preparing for the big day.

Later, Nikhil advises Bhagyashree to stay patient and hints that he has a plan to deal with Rishabh. Suddenly, the office lights go out. In the darkness, Nikhil drops to one knee in front of Bhagyashree, leaving her completely shocked.
