Jai meets Aradhana in the first episode. She says, sorry, you and Reyansh had a fight because of me, and you left the office. Jai says it’s okay, I’m fine. She complains about Reyansh. He says you were at fault, Reyansh is right, we can’t be afraid. I know it’s a big responsibility for a journalist to tell the world the truth, but I did this for Kimaya, she has already suffered a great deal. Sorry, I can’t tell you everything, but trust me.
Jai assures me that he won’t inquire about your actions, as there must be a significant reason behind them. Reyansh echoes this sentiment and always prioritizes Kimaya, valuing both love and ethics. Perhaps he opted for the latter in this instance, displaying courage but also a tendency towards rudeness at times. As he takes her hand, she longs for him to have chosen love instead. She acknowledges their differences and he pleads for forgiveness on his friend’s behalf. In response, she agrees to let bygones be bygones and asks him to convey her forgiveness to Aradhana. Still feeding him soup, they are spotted by Kriti and Akash who proceed to manipulate the situation in Kriti’s favor.
She wants to ruin Aradhana’s reputation. Reyansh brings cupcakes for Kriti and she leaves. He mentions how well Kriti looks after Jai. Akash agrees and Reyansh reveals that the accident was a set-up by blackmailers who wanted him to stop his story. They discuss possible steps to take. After reflecting on it, Reyansh admits that perhaps Aradhana was correct in advising against the story. He playfully teases Aradhana for doubting him before heading inside. She reminds him that it’s her taking care of their friend that should make him happy instead.
Vivek calls Reyansh and asks him to stop fighting and remember his promise. He tells him about Jai’s accident. Vivek says he talked to Malini. Aradhana says she’ll get your medicine. Malini wanted to talk about you and Aradhana, I think Aradhana has forgiven you. As soon as Reyansh hears what you’re saying, he says, “I’ll talk to Aradhana, so there’s no confusion.” Vivek says, “Open your heart to get love.” Reyansh wonders if this is his second chance.
He inquires about their conversation with dad. Reyansh and Aradhana engage in a heated discussion. She assures Jai that she won’t give them a hard time as he is not like Reyansh. Kriti mentions that Vikram brought cupcakes for Kimaya. Malini urges Kimaya to let go of the past and start anew. This worries Kimaya. Malini adds that she has noticed how much care Vikram shows towards her. Kimaya texts Aradhana, who reveals that she has forgiven Reyansh, much to his surprise. He expresses his gratitude and thanks her. Jai thinks of Aradhana and smiles, thanking her once again.
Aradhana says Beena has left the office, so I must take care of the café and office. She gets the message from Beena. Reyansh gets there. Malini looks after Viren. He asks why did Aradhana stop the news, I noticed you were panicked, are you hiding something? She says Aradhana did that for us and our daughters, she did a big favor. He asks her to tell him more about it.
As she listens intently, Kriti overhears Viren praising Aradhana for saving their troubled relationship. She can’t help but think about her own plan to expose Aradhana’s true intentions. Just then, Reyansh interrupts their conversation and playfully offers to help Aradhana with baking the cake. She hesitantly wonders where their relationship is headed.
