During the episode, Viren asks Jai to take him home. Jai wonders why the news was stopped. Viren says nothing; there was pressure. Vivek calls Reyansh. Reyansh complains about Aradhana and Jai. Aradhana’s mother is Malini Khanna, and Aradhana stopped the story by telling Jai, “I’m coming home.”
You have gone there to make her life better, Vivek says, talk to Jai, I’ll do what I should. Aradhana wonders where are Reyansh and Jai, who will be angry at me because he is stubborn. I should think about Malini. Aradhana asks Kriti about Jai and Vikram. Kriti taunts her. Vikram has a big temper, Aradhana says. Reyansh collides with her.
As the couple engaged in a heated argument, she questioned him about what he had told someone else, warning him that revealing any information to Jai could lead to negative consequences. In response, he cautioned her and she insisted that she didn’t want to cause any problems between them. He then inquired as to why she was holding onto his hand, causing her to push him away. Frustrated, he expressed his belief that all women should be lawyers as they have a tendency to overlook their own mistakes. She countered by stating that she was willing to admit her wrongdoing and asked him to point it out if necessary. However, he challenged her by asking how well she really knew him and demanded that she leave. Before leaving, he gently brushed her hair out of her face but quickly excused himself from the situation. She attempted to stop him but he urged her to leave before finally requesting that she move closer towards him. However, she chose not to comply and instead walked away.
Viren and Jai speak. Jai says Aradhana is very caring and sweet. Viren replies yes, she has halted the news broadcast today. When Jai gets a call from Reyansh, he tells him where he is. Jai says he came to drop off Viren’s uncle. After dropping the phone, he bends to pick it up. They meet up with an accident. Kriti asks if everything is alright. Reyansh says I guess, he is in an accident. Akash and Kriti are shocked.
Malini expresses her gratitude to Aradhana for handling the situation and preserving their reputation. In turn, Aradhana reassures her by saying that she need not worry and to focus on Kimaya. However, Malini receives a call at this moment. Aradhana encourages her to answer the call while Vivek introduces himself as Vikram’s father. Aradhana is puzzled as to why he is calling. Vivek then explains that Jai had asked him to speak with her and he is pleased that their children have chosen each other. Agreeing with him, Malini adds that the happiness of their children should be a top priority. As Malini starts feeling unwell, Aradhana takes over the phone and Vivek consoles her, assuring her that things will turn out fine.
Taking care of Reyansh, Akash, and Kriti is Aradhana’s responsibility. She says I’ll call you later. They see Viren, and the doctor asks them to identify the body once. Akash says it might be a misunderstanding. They see Viren. Aradhana asks Kimaya if she’s okay. Kimaya says she knows you won’t judge me, but she understands me. Aradhana says no. Although she took the test, she did not have the courage to check the result, so Aradhana hugged her tight.
You won’t tell anything to Mumma, Kimaya says. Aradhana says fine, don’t cry, calm down. Malini calls Kimaya downstairs. Kriti asks are you okay. Viren says yes, Jai was driving, is he okay, they aren’t saying anything. Akash asks the doctor about Jai. The doctor apologizes, but he has passed away. Akash is distraught. Reyansh asks what, doctor, this can’t happen, are you sure. Doctor says he is very sorry for your loss.
Malini informs the group that Viren had an accident and they need to go to the hospital. Kimaya wants to come along, but Malini previously left her phone in the bathroom and plans to retrieve it. Aradhana offers to get it instead. Reyansh, who is upset about Jai’s absence, accuses him of cheating and leaving him behind. When Jai arrives, he reminds Reyansh to lower his voice since they are in a hospital. Meanwhile, Aradhana takes a pregnancy test for Kimaya and worries about how she will handle the news if it’s positive, much like Malini’s situation. Akash leads the way as everyone rushes to meet Jai, with both him and Reyansh embracing their friend upon his arrival.
Malini is on her way. Aradhana thinks Malini handles everything, but can she handle Kimaya. Kriti hugs Jai. Akash asks why did the doctor say that. Nurse says a guy passed by on a bike and died, the doctor explained. Jai is fine, Reyansh says. Akash says he’ll look up the reports. Kriti says we felt we’d lost you. Jai says he is fine, Vikram overacts. They smile. Reyansh says I don’t have to do overacting since she is my sister-in-law.
Malini and the girls embrace Viren, curious about how he ended up in the hospital. He replies with uncertainty, suggesting that the news may have been a factor. Interrupting their conversation, Kriti informs them of Jai’s well-being and urges them to speak with the doctor. To ease Kimaya’s worries, Viren reassures her while Malini shares that she has already spoken with Neelam, whose husband runs the hospital. As they prepare for Viren’s tests, Aradhana offers to get coffee for him and leads a hesitant Kimaya to complete the necessary paperwork. Despite Kimaya’s concern about revealing her pregnancy, Aradhana insists on including her name on the form before signing it herself.
