The Episode begins with Reyansh questioning Vikram’s deception. Aradhana suggests that perhaps Reyansh has fabricated his own version of events. Vikram defends his lie by stating that Reyansh tends to make assumptions. Pooja playfully teases Reyansh, prompting him to ask for further clarification. He then turns to Aradhana and inquires about her relationship status. She confirms that she is currently single, but he persists by asking about someone named Krishnan. She clarifies that there was a brief relationship in the past, which ended before it even started due to her father’s disapproval. Reyansh compliments her father and she reveals that he is fond of him as well. He then jokingly asks if she is still single, to which she responds affirmatively without seeing any issue with it. A smile forms on his face at her response.
As Vikram and Pooja exchange garlands, Aradhana notices Reyansh’s smile and remarks on it. He explains that he is happy for his friend’s wedding and suggests she also share in the joy. Meanwhile, Aradhana performs the gathbandhan while Harsh and Sharma are en route. Following this, Vikram and Pooja complete their marriage ceremony by taking the rounds, signing the papers, and having Reyansh and Aradhana as their witnesses. The rest of the family arrives at the scene, where Vikram embraces Pooja and Reyansh does the same with Aradhana. Harsh then calls out to Aradhana, who joins them in witnessing Pooja’s new marital status, much to Sharma’s displeasure. However, Pooja confirms that the marriage has indeed been completed according to the pandit’s declaration.
Reyansh asks them to calm down. Pooja tells him she is now Vikram’s wife, he treated her like a criminal. Vikram gets angry with Sharma. Reyansh stops him and says police are here, and judge is also here, don’t force Pooja to do this. Harsh says you didn’t do this right. Harsh says Vikram is the best man for Pooja. Aradhana says Pooja loves Vikram, they are now married. Harsh scolds her and Bhakti stops him.
According to Aradhana, Vikram will ensure Pooja’s happiness. Reyansh then presents the court order, leading to Pooja’s mother scolding Vikram. However, he explains that despite not having a good family or house, Pooja is his family and he wishes to be known as Mr. Vikram Pooja Sharma. Pooja shares that Vikram initially refused to marry her and only agreed when she gave him an ultimatum. She was aware of the societal expectations placed on her parents and their decision to prioritize them. In response, Vikram claims he did this out of love, but offers for them to take Pooja if they refuse to accept him. He does not want Pooja to suffer the same fate as his mother who fought alone against his father’s disrespect.
My only friend is Reyansh. His father Vivek Lamba became my guardian, he taught me a sense of family and respect, and now he is my family, along with Pooja. Pooja, he says, if you go with me, then you will regret breaking your relations. Go home, when they know about our love, they will get you to me. If you accept me tomorrow, I will bring Pooja with me. Harsh and Bhakti leave, Aradhana hugs Pooja. Harsh and Bhakti leave. Pooja is hugged by Aradhana.
According to Aradhana, Pooja’s parents have forgiven her, but unfortunately, my parents did not return with me. My father has a habit of reacting strongly to situations involving love. Pooja expresses her gratitude towards Aradhana and acknowledges that Harsh was upset because of her. She assures Aradhana that everything will turn out well for her in matters of love and invites her to join them back at home. Sharma agrees and offers to help smooth things over with Harsh. However, Aradhana understands that her father may need some time to come around and suggests that Vikram goes ahead without her. Vikram promises to visit the next day while Reyansh jokes about wanting to eat khichdi again. Pooja’s mother agrees and compliments Reyansh before Pooja leaves with them. As they laugh, Reyansh teases Vikram to handle his wife well and they all have a good time together.
Reyansh and Vikram meet at a café. The latter expresses his gratitude, to which Reyansh asks about Pooja’s presence with his family. Vikram explains that the family is simple and mentions something about Aradhana. Reyansh wonders why Vikram lied to them about her. Vikram points out that Reyansh seemed uncomfortable around her and suggests it may be because he has feelings for her. He encourages Reyansh to pursue those feelings and assures him that he only wants the best for him. As Vikram leaves, Aradhana arrives and joins Reyansh at their table. She places an order for two fries and inquires about Vikram’s whereabouts, prompting him to mention that he went to inform his mother of her arrival as their future daughter-in-law.
She teases him about his grin. He replies that he is currently content, hence the smile. She wonders if he will drive her back to her house. He assures her that he will. The song “Tum mere ho rahe ho” plays as they depart. He drives while grinning. She tells him to stop smiling, as it is too much and doesn’t suit him; she predicts that something bad will happen. He asks if she is crazy and confesses that he had to take three antacid bottles because of her; her statement about not marrying Vikram made him jealous, but his acidity has since improved. She asks what he means, and he explains that since his condition has improved, his smile is genuine now. She wishes she had told him sooner. He drops her off at home, still smiling and waving at her. She returns the gesture with a smile on her own face.
