Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 24th April 2024 Written Episode update begins with Shikha pleading with Yashwant to give her jewelry and stree dhan to Chinmay, hoping it will convince him to stay. She has waited for Chinmay for years, and now that he is back but refuses to acknowledge her as his wife, her jewelry feels meaningless. However, Yashwant firmly denies her request and asks her to leave. Shikha, growing desperate, demands to know what secret he is hiding in that mysterious box.
Annoyed, Yashwant calls Asmita and instructs her to take Shikha away. While Asmita tries to console her, Shikha keeps pleading. Seeing the situation, Surekha also questions Yashwant, insisting that their son has the right to live his life on his terms. She asks why he cannot support Chinmay’s dream of opening a school in Dehradun. Yashwant, overwhelmed, loses his temper and refuses to discuss the matter.
Meanwhile, Shikha spirals into panic, fearing Chinmay will leave permanently if his demands are not met. Asmita tries to calm her down, but Shikha locks herself in her room and attempts suicide by hanging from the ceiling. The family rushes to stop her, begging her to come down.
At the same time, Savi tries reaching Chinmay, but he ignores her call as he is busy speaking with a real estate agent. The agent warns him that if he does not transfer the money within 24 hours, the land might be sold to another party. Chinmay agrees to make the payment but ignores Savi’s repeated calls, believing she is interfering too much in his life. Eventually, he notices her message, where she hints that she possesses the secret box.
Curious, Chinmay calls her back. Savi confronts him, demanding he come to her hotel room as she has discovered his secret. When he arrives, she urges him to be honest with Shikha. However, Chinmay refuses, stating that his parents never accepted him and always favored Ishaan, expecting him to be just like his brother.
Savi argues that Ishaan would help him if given a chance. Chinmay dismisses her, saying Ishaan is his biggest enemy. Savi, in an attempt to provoke him, calls him weak, making Chinmay furious. He smashes objects in rage, yelling that he is not impotent. Just then, Asmita calls Savi, informing her that Shikha attempted suicide again.
At home, the family continues to plead with Shikha, and Surekha promises to hear her out. Ishaan and Nishi break the door open and rescue her. Asmita informs everyone that Savi is bringing Chinmay home. However, when Savi arrives, Shikha asks whether Chinmay came along. Upon realizing he hasn’t, she breaks down, convinced that he truly does not care for her.
Moments later, Chinmay arrives and questions why Shikha is so adamant about staying with him. Shikha tearfully confesses her deep love and unwavering commitment to him. Chinmay, skeptical about love, listens as Savi eloquently explains its meaning, indirectly addressing Ishaan as well.
Chinmay asks Shikha if she is ready to stay with him despite his secrets. She firmly agrees, assuring him of her unconditional love. Moved, Chinmay holds her hand, vowing to stay with her till their last breath. However, as they prepare to leave, Ishaan warns Shikha against trusting Chinmay blindly. Chinmay retaliates, claiming Ishaan is just like Yashwant.
Savi insists that Chinmay should stay back and reveal the truth to his family. However, Chinmay refuses, stating they would never accept his reality. He leaves with Shikha, giving Yashwant a 24-hour ultimatum to fulfill his demand.
