Her senior Harini doesn’t return before 6 p.m., so Savi gets worried and thinks she needs to get home as soon as possible. An arrogant customer breaks a queue and orders a milkshake for his daughter. Savi requests him to get into the queue, as every customer is important to them. The man misbehaves with her and threatens to buy the cafe and even her. Savi warns him to mind his language.
The manager intervenes and apologizes to the customer. Harini returns and says it was the customer’s fault and that she saw how the customer broke a queue and misbehaved with Savi. The customer leaves. The manager says they are getting along well and he will see them later. Harini replies that her daughter is fine now. When Savi gives Harini a charge and takes the phone from the manager to call Ishaan, the phone is turned off, so she rushes home.
Upon returning home, Ishaan is met by Reeva’s inquisitive nature as she asks about Nishi and Yashwant. In response, Ishaan explained that they had some pressing matters. However, Reeva also reveals that Surekha is upset because Savi left without informing anyone and has yet to return. Ishaan enters the house and is immediately confronted by an angry Surekha, who expresses her frustration at Savi’s disobedience. Surekha had instructed Savi to remain in her room while a makeup artist and dress were sent to her. Despite this, Savi disregarded these instructions and left the house without informing anyone. As a result, Surekha declares that she will no longer be attending the reception under any circumstances and storms off. Fuming with anger towards Savi for her actions, Alka reminds Ishaan to calm down as there is still much to be done before Yashwant returns home. She reminds him that they must ensure Savi is ready for the reception or face Yashwant’s wrath upon his return home.
As the function approaches, Savi prepares while Ishaan grows concerned for Surekha’s well-being. He asks Reeva if Surekha has calmed down, to which she replies that Surekha hasn’t opened her door and remains hurt by Savi’s actions. Ishaan expresses his deep care for Surekha, who is like a mother to him and cannot bear to see her in pain. Reeva offers to speak with Surekha and convince her to attend the function because she can understand Ishaan’s pain. She suggests that Ishaan check on Savi’s readiness while she talks to Surekha. When Reeva reaches Surekha’s room and knocks on the door, Surekha refuses to open it and shares how deeply Savi’s insult has affected her. Reeva empathizes with her hurt and explains that she, too, feels pained by seeing Surekha in this state.
Ishaan walks to Savi and asks if she is ready. Savi feels pain trying to wear her jewellery and says that her bullet wound hand hurts. Ishaan apologizes and helps her wear the jewellery. As she passes by, Reeva feels disheartened when she sees a shadow on the door, looking like they are kissing. As he bends to fix her earrings, Savi thinks about telling him about her job.
She stumbles and hits a vase. Ishaan asks what she is doing here. Reeva says she came to inform him that Surekha won’t even open her room door, guests are waiting for him and he is… Ishaan says he can’t see Surekha upset at such a significant function at home. Savi says she is almost ready and doesn’t need her help, so Reeva gets Savi ready. Ishaan leaves to attend to guests.
