Meanwhile, Savi receives a call from the hospital, informing her of Isha’s deteriorating condition and urging her to come quickly. She informs the inspector and hurries to the hospital. Overcome with emotion, she remembers Isha’s words of encouragement and begs for her to open her eyes and witness her achievements; she also hopes to mend the rift between herself and Ishan. To her surprise, Isha moves her fingers. Savi notifies the doctor, who advises that she call Ishan right away. In another development, at the police station, the inspector prompts Ishan if he has shared all relevant information about the case; he assures that he has. Just then, a sub-inspector informs them of apprehending a man who was asking about Isha.
When Isha responds to Savi’s call with his name, the doctor orders him to be at the hospital. Ishan disconnects the call. Savi returns to Isha and notices Isha’s condition worsening and the doctor rushes outside to get a defibrillator. Ishan walks in. Savi requests him to call Isha as aayi/mother so that she can wake up and says she couldn’t do anything when her parents were martyred in front of her eyes. He says Isha madam. Ishan says Isha.
Savi frantically asks why he didn’t call her “aayi” and, upon seeing the monitors beep, immediately summons the doctor. The doctor rushes in and administers defibrillator shocks. The monitor goes blank and the doctor sadly declares Isha’s passing. Overwhelmed with grief, Savi repeatedly cries out Isha’s name while Ishan sits silently beside her, holding her hand. Suddenly, the monitor springs back to life. Savi pleads with Ishan not to release his grip on Isha’s hand while urging the doctor to check on her condition. To everyone’s amazement, the doctor remarks that it is a miracle that Isha is still breathing thanks to Ishan’s touch. Filled with gratitude, Savi embraces Isha and offers thanks to Bappa.
Isha awakens and is surrounded by her loved ones. Savi expresses relief that they did not lose her, giving credit to Ishan for bringing her back with his touch. Isha embraces Ishan in gratitude while the doctor instructs the nurse to update Inspector Jadhav about Isha’s condition. Surekha and Asmita enter, and Surekha asks Savi about Isha’s well-being. Savi replies that they feared losing Isha, but Ishan’s touch proved to be a lifesaver. The doctor agrees, acknowledging Ishan’s crucial role in saving Isha’s life. However, this does not sit well with Surekha, who stands fuming nearby. As Isha reaches out to hold Ishan’s hand, Surekha intervenes and inquires about her daughter’s condition. The doctor then requests everyone to give Isha some privacy as she prepares to give her statement. They all exit the room together.
The Inspector enters and inquires of Ishan whether Isha is awake. Surekha confirms that she is. He then shares some positive news – two individuals responsible for attacking Isha have been apprehended, but they have not revealed the identity of the individual who hired them. However, his phone rings and he receives information from a constable that the attackers have now divulged the name of their employer. Upon hearing this, Mandar laughs over the phone and brags to someone about taking revenge on Isha. The police arrive and arrest him for the assault on Isha. Meanwhile, the Inspector approaches Savi and is told that Isha is now awake. The doctor advises him not to stress her too much. Finally, he goes to question Isha about whether she saw the faces of her attackers.
According to Isha, their faces were concealed when they were attacked. The inspector believes the attack was in retaliation for a previous report Isha made against Bhosale Institute, leading them to suspect that Ishan was involved. However, Isha is certain that Ishan would never harm her. The inspector then asks if she is familiar with Mandar from Latkar, to which she replies affirmatively and explains how one of her students ran away from her marriage because she didn’t want to marry Mandar’s son, who was an alcoholic and womanizer. She also recounts how Mandar tried to get her fired from her job but failed. Despite this, Isha finds it hard to believe that someone would go to such extreme lengths over a seemingly trivial matter. The inspector suggests that psychopaths are capable of anything and inquires about the student’s name. Isha hesitates, not wanting to get Savi in trouble by revealing her identity.
