Savi spots Prateek approaching, to which Ishaan explains that he borrowed a phone from a passing milkman to call Prateek and request for a mechanic’s assistance.
At home, Durva inquires with Surekha about Ishaan and Savi’s extended dinner time. Asmita and Shikha share a knowing grin. Durva suggests they may be facing some difficulties. Yashwant explains that Anvi’s sister unexpectedly fell ill, and they had to rush to her side. Surekha adds that no one knows where they went after leaving the hospital. She hopes for a speedy recovery for Harini so that Savi doesn’t have to stay at the Bhosale household indefinitely.
As Prateek arrives with the watchman, Ishaan mentions that his car’s electronic system is jammed. A mechanic quickly unlocks the doors, and Savi exits the vehicle. However, Ishaan starts sneezing. Savi then inquires about a nearby tea stall for some ginger tea to help ease his discomfort. Prateek confirms that one is nearby and suggests they go while he handles the car repairs. As they begin walking, Savi comments that Ishaan shouldn’t have gotten soaked in the rain. Despite this, Ishaan assures her he’s okay and asks why she was so worried in the car.
Savi shares the story of her family being involved in a plane hijacking, resulting in the loss of her parents. She explains how this traumatic experience has left her with a fear of enclosed spaces and triggered her claustrophobia despite receiving treatment from her grandmother. Wanting to comfort her, Ishaan suggests that she think of him or his song when faced with similar situations. Eventually, they arrive at a tea stall.
Savi is grateful for Ishaan’s constant support and wonders what would have happened if he wasn’t by her side today. She recalls how Harini always speaks highly of Ishaan, mentioning his unwavering presence during difficult times, such as when Savi’s family passed away. Ishaan even arranged a hostel for Harini and stood by her when she had no one else. He did everything in his power to save Harini and ended up marrying Savi to save her life. Savi is blessed to be married to someone who loves and cares for her deeply, especially considering their marriage took place under unfortunate circumstances. Ishaan truly follows through with this commitment wholeheartedly.
Ishaan brings tea for her while still sneezing, prompting Savi to suggest he dry his clothes by burning a bonfire. He wipes his head with her sari, causing her to smile and blush under his gaze. A romantic song sets the mood as Ishaan playfully asks why she’s looking at him differently and reassures her that he won’t run away with her sari’s pallu. She denies any change since last night. Prateek arrives in the car, and they depart together.
The family grew increasingly concerned. Surekha urged Yashwant to contact Ishaan, yet he received the news that his phone was off. As they began to panic, Ishaan entered with Savi and reassured them all was well. Yashwant inquired about his whereabouts throughout the previous night, to which Ishaan replied their car broke down while it was raining, and they were stranded until morning. Wanting to ensure everyone was safe, Surekha asked about Savi’s well-being. Asmita expressed confusion over Surekha’s apparent worry for her tai, Shikha.
According to Ishaan, Savi is no longer in danger. Savi confirmed that she had also had a close call. Surekha expresses gratitude towards God and anticipates Savi’s eventual departure from the house, allowing her to arrange for Reeva’s marriage with Ishaan. However, Surekha notices that Ishaan’s injury has started bleeding again. This prompts Savi to show concern for him. Meanwhile, Reeva becomes envious and shows even more care towards Ishaan. To this, Ishaan insists that he is not a patient and urges Savi to sit in the backseat instead.
