Savi reminds Agastya to inform his family that she will be running some errands and may arrive home later than usual. When he questions her about it, Savi explains that she wants to avoid any unnecessary drama from his family. She then requests him to keep the door locked while changing clothes before leaving. Meanwhile, Asmita is helping Surekha prepare for the anniversary party and compliments her on her beauty. She assures Surekha that Yashwant will be mesmerized by her appearance. Durva and Anvi assist Yashwant in getting ready as well, reminding him to get a facial and apply makeup. However, Yashwant confidently states that he was born handsome and doesn’t need makeup. Nishi interrupts their preparations, reminding Yashwant of the approaching pooja ceremony.
Reeva and Ishaan bring Ganpati’s idol and apologize to Surekha for not getting panchmukhi idols. The family walks to the home temple and asks Reeva to set up the idol. Asmita stops Reeva and says Savi hasn’t arrived yet. Surekha tells Ishaan that Savi had already told him she would be late.
Everyone is surprised when Savi walks in with Panchmukhi Ganpati idol. Yashwant asks where she got it from. She says she got it from Ramtek’s temple, since panchmukhi idols are only sold and established there. Surekha gets emotional and says Savi reminded her of her father who had given such an idol to her during her wedding.
Asmita says she will wash Savi’s feet and welcome Bappa. Surekha says she will welcome Bappa and wash Savi’s feet. Everyone is surprised to hear that. Surekha washes Savi’s feet as per ritual. Asmita tells Shikha that Savi’s proper grihapravesh occurred today and recalls Ishaan bringing unconscious Savi home after marriage. After that, Surekha asks Savi to establish the idol. Durva asks if they will disrespect Reeva’s idol brought home.
Ishaan tells Panditji that the panchmukhi idol will be established first per Surekha’s wish. Panditji says yes. Savi establishes the idol first, then Reeva. Panditji asks Surekha and Yashwant to perform aarti first. Ishaan and Savi perform aarti together as they are married. They do the same, leaving Reeva embarrassed.
After the pooja, Savi walks towards her room without taking prasad. Ishaan brings prasad to her and says she should have told him she was bringing an idol. She says if she had informed him, he would have said there was no need for so much effort. Upon seeing Savi, Reeva thanks her for bringing the idol. As opposed to others/Ishaan, who always criticize, she at least acknowledges her efforts.
