The episode begins with Arshi trying to stop Anirudh from slipping away. In his intoxicated state, Anirudh imagines Jhanak in Arshi. Arshi plays along, claiming he can feel Jhanak through her. She embraces him, saying she has Jhanak within her and insists he accept her. Anirudh, lost in his feelings, confesses, “I love you Jhanak,” and hugs her. Believing he is with Jhanak, he grows close to Arshi.
The next morning, Arshi smiles as she wakes up beside Anirudh, confident that she has finally tied him to her. Meanwhile, Vinayak visits Jhanak and Brij. He insists Jhanak call him “Kaka” and begins probing Brij about his past. He asks if Brij once had another family and whether Jhanak is truly his daughter. Brij tries to hide the truth, claiming Jhanak is dead and Nutan is alive. But Vinayak refuses to believe this story.
Vinayak shows them an old photograph of Shrishti and Brij with a baby, insisting that the child is Jhanak, not Arshi. He recalls how Shrishti deceived him 25 years ago, hiding her past and forcing him into a life built on lies. He admits Shrishti cut him off from his own family, used his wealth and status, and poisoned their daughter Arshi’s upbringing. Vinayak declares he will expose Shrishti on their anniversary and asks Jhanak to help him.
Elsewhere, Appu tells Lalon and the Commissioner that she is certain Nutan is Jhanak, no matter what anyone says. The Commissioner warns that Tejas may have killed a production boy linked to Jhanak’s accident and promises to uncover the truth.
At the temple, Anirudh encounters Jhanak. He tells her that he only came to pray for his wife and confesses that while he believes Jhanak is dead, he wishes to meet her in the next birth. Their brief meeting is filled with unspoken emotions. Jhanak recalls the pandit’s earlier words about bringing her husband to the temple for blessings, and she grows emotional.
