The episode starts with Choton saying that Jhanak and Anirudh are greatly worried about you. Thanks to the nurse for understanding their pain. He promises to buy uniforms for Jhanak. The nurse says OK, you can pay for them later, and I will get two uniforms. He thanks her. Jhanak goes. The nurse says I’m taking a considerable risk, so be careful of your Sasural people. If they knew, I might lose my job. Jhanak says no, I will be cautious. Thank you.
It is not necessary to thank you, and you saved your husband’s life. You have to be there. Jhanak nods. The nurse says your husband’s choice is good, and you’re a natural beauty. Come home. Shubh and everyone return home. The Tanuja tells Dada, Dadi, and Anjana that Arshi’s puja saved Anirudh. Shubh says yes, doctors, and we did our best. Appu asks about Anirudh. Lal disagrees.

This turn of events overjoys the entire family. Dadi inquires about Choton and how his accident occurred. Bipasha reassures them he is not alone as Jhanak was also present with him then.
Choton reminds Jhanak that she can always reach out for help if needed. Additionally, Choton brings to attention the fact that Jhanak hasn’t eaten anything and advises her to do so to avoid getting sick. She then turns to Anirudh and informs him that the nurse has given him medicine and will do so again at 12 o’clock. The nurse assures everyone that even though Anirudh might experience pain and scream, there is no need to worry as she will give him an injection at 1 o’clock. Jhanak agrees with this plan. Bablu expresses his skepticism about Jhanak staying there for long, but Tanuja doesn’t seem to care and even says they should let her go to hell. However, Dada ji mentions that Shubh had gone to send her off somewhere, while Shubh confirms this by stating that Anirudh had gone looking for her. Jhanak explained that she had seen the news of an accident and had come straight to the hospital. Tanuja immediately condemns her as a murderer, but Appu comes to Jhanak’s defense.
I won’t let her go to Anirudh if anything goes wrong with her… Dada ji says if anything goes wrong with her, then… Shubh says she can go anywhere. Anirudh wakes up and asks for water. Jhanak says you can’t drink water. He says he feels pain behind the neck. She says your operation is done, and the pain will lessen gradually. He asks you who you are. Shubh says she is clever. Bablu says you don’t know what Choton will do. Bipasha claims he lied to us about Jhanak.
Shubh says Jhanak will try to come home. Anirudh tells Jhanak to rest. She says she insulted me a lot. She asks who and why she did this. He says someone, this happened many times.
