The Episode begins with Jhanak’s departure. Appu urges her to halt, as it’s for the best that her marriage ended. Anjana advises against stopping Jhanak, suggesting she should be allowed to leave. Jhanak mentions the possibility of returning to Srinagar. Shrishti questions if Tejas would leave her there, accusing her of being accustomed to luring men and asserting that Tejas is honorable. Arshi believes Tejas is a better option than Avinash and reminds Jhanak of the opportunity she lets slip away. Frustrated by this suggestion, Jhanak suggests that Shrishti should marry Arshi off to Tejas by ending things with Anirudh. This angers both Shrishti and Arshi, leading Jhanak to raise her hand at them.
Anirudh holds Shrishti’s hand and says she cannot be slapped. Shrishti and Arshi intervene. According to him, Jhanak did not say anything wrong, I heard what she said, if Arshi can’t trust me, she can find someone else, and you have no right to slap her. I have a right, I’m her Maasi, he says wrong, you don’t have a right on her, you can’t beat anyone legally, be it your relation or maid. She asks Arshi to see what he means.
Whenever you do something wrong, you should be punished. Bipasha says they were half-married in Kashmir. Anirudh asked what happened about Jhanak and my marriage; it happened ultimately. We did not believe in it, so you did not give her any importance, so she became my wife and the house’s bahu. They ask Jhanak to stop. She says I’m leaving, you guys can’t interfere with my life, I’ll never be back. Appu cries. Lal tells her to stop talking.
“Bipasha orders Appu to leave. Jhanak expresses her desire to take Appu with her, saying she will do so one day. Anirudh inquires where they would go, while Arshi questions the reason for his curiosity. He insists on knowing, revealing his plans to seek justice against Shrishti and Tejas and provide arrangements for Jhanak, including renting an apartment for her. Refuting his actions, Arshi declares that Jhanak is not his responsibility. However, he argues that he feels responsible for caring for her.”
Anjana stands up for Jhanak as Tanuja and Shubh engage in an argument. However, Jhanak interrupts and assures them that she will manage independently and that they need not worry about her. Despite his objections, Shrishti suggests that Jhanak returns to Srinagar to correct her mistake. On the other hand, Bipasha proposes that Jhanak should marry Tejas. However, he disagrees and offers to help Jhanak instead. He assures them that Jhanak will be able to find more work here and reminds everyone that she would never take such drastic measures as ending her life. He emphasizes the importance of Jhanak’s self-respect and questions why it is wrong for her to stay here or in a rented flat. He warns Shrishti about the potential consequences of Jhanak returning and taking any action against them, reminding her of the crime they have committed, which could ruin their image. He firmly urges them to take responsibility for their actions now.
Shrishti voices her concern that someone is influencing Jhanak’s thoughts. Meanwhile, someone else states that Jhanak is choosing not to speak up against the person, showing maturity. They then suggest that Jhanak retires to her room, which she declines. Despite their refusal, they repeat the request for Jhanak to leave the room. However, Jhanak asserts that she is an independent adult and does not need anyone’s guidance. Nevertheless, they promise to take care of her until their last breath and support her career aspirations. In addition, they announce plans for a wedding between Arshi and themselves, as Appu cheers in agreement and assures them that Jhanak will remain with them.
Shrishti says you decided everything. Arshi says Jhanak should stay in this house. Anjana says Anirudh, you did good. Shubh tells Bipasha and Lal to prepare for the marriage. Anirudh smiles. Bipasha asks why you’re smiling. He asks why you’re asking. She asks what it’s all about. As I expected, you have a lot of work to do, so you should finish your job now. He says that you are very insecure, Arshi.
Appu takes Jhanak to her room, where she later retrieves the diyas. Unfortunately, she trips on the stairs, and her saree catches fire. Anirudh immediately rushes to her aid, urging her to remove the pallu while he puts out the flames. Concerned, he asks if she is okay and who has asked her to get the diya. Jhanak explains that Anjana had requested her to perform aarti, but she refused, feeling like an outsider in this family. She adds that since no one else was at home, she was going downstairs when she fell and now needs to light the diya again. However, Anirudh firmly states that she does not need to do so. Jhanak reminds him that he was the one who had forced her to stay in his house, but he counterargues that she could have left if she genuinely wanted to.
