In the episode, Kavya asks Adi what’s bothering him. Adi says he was scared. Why did you risk his and his life? I can’t lose this baby, he says. He says I couldn’t leave my mom there. He asks why Anubha came here. She gives Vinay’s statement to him. He reads it and gets shocked. He says so my dad is behind this scam. She says I wanted to let you know before doing anything. He asks will you arrest him. She says he has done wrong, and I can’t help.
Shubh thinks of Kavya. Anubha finds him lost. She asks if he still loves her. He says no, I don’t love her anymore. I’m just scared for her. He says I love you a lot, Mum has gone to meet your dad and finalize our marriage, if you have any doubt, end this relationship. She says I didn’t tell anyone and your mother has gone to meet your dad and finalize our marriage.
He says I don’t know why that man is after your life. She says take my name off the list. He says don’t worry, I’ll handle it. She signs the paper and says I have hope in you. He smiles.
After Adi and Kavya arrive home, Alka asks her to rest. Giriraj says she is right. Kavya says not now. Anubha arrests Giriraj. Anjali prepares food for Kavya. Giriraj’s PA shows up home. He says Adi called you all home. Rajeev says we’ll come. The man asks for water. Mayank gets water. The man keeps a file there. Rajeev asks Mayank to get water. The man thanks him and leaves. Anubha says we’re here to arrest Giriraj, and Vinay has made his statement.
Giriraj urges Adi to intervene with the police to avoid a defamation situation. Meanwhile, Malini instructs Kavya to take action. Kavya points out Giriraj’s previous fraudulent activities. Giriraj also accuses Anjali of being part of the scam and insists on her arrest. Adi clarifies that Vinay made a mistake, which led him to accuse Anjali falsely. On the other hand, Anubha receives a call informing her about an FIR filed against Anjali. Amidst the chaos, Giriraj confidently argues with Kavya and Adi while defending himself. In response, Kavya defends Vinay’s actions and boldly states that if there truly is an FIR against her mother, she should be arrested without hesitation, as per Anubha’s role as an authority figure. This revelation leaves everyone stunned.
As Adi takes Kavya aside, he asks if you will jail her mother. Although framed, she should be punished if there is evidence against her. She says she will sacrifice anything for her ethical principles. She asks Anubha to fulfill her responsibilities. Giriraj has done a good thing, she says, I’m not a daughter or bahu in this matter, I’m IAS Kavya Bansal, I’m just serving my country. Giri gets arrested. Kavya asks Anubha to come.
