The Episode begins with Adi confiding in Malini about Omi’s crime. He is visibly upset as he recalls the incident. Believing Omi innocent, Malini reassures Adi that he couldn’t have committed such a heinous act. But Adi remains convinced of Giriraj’s involvement and expresses his anger towards him by causing harm to himself. Despite Malini’s attempts to console him, Adi stands firm in his belief and presents evidence against Omi. Malini defends Omi’s character as a loving and protective elder brother who often takes the blame for Adi’s mistakes. However, Adi questions why Omi would hide the proof if this were true. Resolute in revealing the truth, Adi insists on telling Kavya about Omi’s guilt. But Malini begs him not to, as it could result in Omi’s death due to his deteriorating health. Shocked by this revelation, Adi is forced to reflect on the consequences of his actions.
Tears streamed down her face as she uttered the words, “I can’t lose another child.” Adi inquired, “What do you mean?” Upon hearing her response, he embraced her tightly. She pleaded, “Please don’t hurt Omi. I can’t bear it.” Adi insisted, “No, I won’t deceive Kavya. She’s my wife, and I won’t betray her. Let me go.” Malini urged him to be honest with Kavya and end their relationship if necessary. A heated argument ensued between the two. Malini begged him not to repeat his mistake with Omi, reminding him that Navya was gone, but Omi was still alive. Suddenly, Kavya’s voice interrupted them from outside the door. Malini warned Adi not to reveal anything to Kavya.
During the exam, the doctor asks Alka if she thinks her health might be affected. The doctor says she has always said that she wanted children. Alka says I am signing the consent form. Giriraj asks the doctor to operate. The doctor says, “Alka, we are happy with your decision. Are you ready?” She cries. Adi opens the door to her.
Kavya sees his hand hurt. He says it’s just a minor injury. She asks what happened. He says Omi… Malini says we were worried about Omi. Kavya says I’m also concerned, I’m sorry, and I’m responsible. Malini says you didn’t intend to do this, I understand. As Omi has lost faith in everyone and his willingness to live, we must give him hope; even a child can give him this hope. Malini says Alka has decided to go through surgery. Adi asks what kind of surgery.
Kavya is considering undergoing a tubectomy out of her love for Omi, but Adi believes this decision is wrong. She pleads for their help, having experienced the pain of losing a family member herself. She tearfully expresses that she has not been able to forgive her sister’s murderers and doubts she ever will. At this point, Adi notices Malini and breaks down in tears. Kavya adds that Alka, who was also forced to have a tubectomy, cannot forgive the person responsible and urges Omi to understand that having a child can make him forget everything. She hopes Omi will forgive her and allow her to have a sibling through him. Adi comforts Kavya with a hug.
It is night. Kavya gets him coffee. He rests in her lap. She falls asleep. Giriraj asks Alka to come for the operation. He hugs her and sleeps. He nods. He says I love you. She says we will talk later. I have thought of something. Alka smiles when she sees some little kids. He puts her to sleep. Giriraj puts her to sleep.
While Adi and Kavya observe a nurse attending to a baby, Kavya requests that Adi take over the caretaking duties. Adi sweetly kisses her and heads off, explaining that he is simply assisting the nurse with managing a premature infant. He lovingly asks Omi if he is alright and then adds that he needs to make an urgent phone call. He then turns to Malini and asks if she can hold the baby for two minutes while he steps away. However, Giriraj interjects and tells Malini to ignore Kavya’s objection, as Alka’s surgery is more important. Kavya intervenes and politely asks the doctor to leave, but Giriraj demands that she also leave. Refusing to back down, Kavya insists on staying by the baby’s side. Omi notifies the nurse that the infant is crying, but Adi halts her from tending to it. Instead, Omi takes it upon himself to soothe the child with a warm smile.
As she carries Alka, Omi hugs the baby. Kavya and everyone come to it. Kavya says it looks good to hug someone’s child, right? So please stop Alka’s operation, and don’t let the doors shut for your future.
