The Episode begins with Adi’s return home. Giriraj acknowledges his arrival and Adi explains that he had no other option, just like he had no say in choosing his father. Malini inquires about the matter and Adi reveals that Giriraj threatened Rajeev, who then threatened him. When asked about Kavya’s involvement, Adi clarifies that she wouldn’t go against her father and it will be challenging to convince him. Malini assures Adi that she will handle the situation and they share a light moment together. Meanwhile, Giriraj overhears their conversation and leaves. Malini then shares the story of how she fell in love with Adi’s father and how they used to meet secretly, with his dad even disguising himself at times. This brings a smile to Adi’s face.
As the sun rose, Kavya admitted to feeling nervous about her first posting. Anjali took notice and inquired about her concerns, assuring her she could confide in her. Despite this, Kavya insisted there was nothing on her mind. Rajeev pressed for more information, and that’s when Kavya revealed that their mother had complained about him and she had taken care of the electricity bill. However, she reassured them not to worry. Wanting to capture the moment, Mayank suggested they take a selfie and they happily obliged. Meanwhile, Giriraj warned Malini against supporting Adi’s erratic behavior and disclosed a secret that could potentially ruin both their sons’ lives. Unmoved by his words, Malini declared she would do whatever it takes to keep Adi happy. As part of his plan, Adi disguised himself as a cab driver.
Rajeev reminds Kavya to stay alert while driving. Anjali hands some laddoos to her. Rajeev instructs the driver to drive carefully. Mayank informs her that she will be coming with them, and Adi stops the car. Confused, Kavya questions why they have stopped. Adi reveals his face, surprising her. With a smile on her face, she asks him why he didn’t come meet Uncle Ji and insists on turning back. Just then, Rajeev and Mayank arrive at the scene.Adjusting his cap nervously, Adi says he will meet him next time as he is not scared. Kavya suggests going back to see Uncle Ji together. As they prepare to leave, Rajeev reminds them that it’s the last day to pay Mayank’s fees and offers to show them the way.
Kavya invites Rajeev to join her and Mayank for their first day at work. After Mayank sits next to Adi, Rajeev scolds him and expresses his concerns about Adi’s bad influence. Adi overhears this and drives off in a fit of anger. Meanwhile, Rajeev tells their driver to be careful as his bones are hurting, and he insists that Mayank should not turn out like Adi. He then turns to Kavya and reminds her that she knows he will not allow her to marry someone like Adi. This makes Adi feel dejected.
Kavya wonders why her father did not approve of Rajeev, despite his accomplishments and hard work. Rajeev reassures her that his true character will eventually be revealed. Adi drops off both Rajeev and Mayank before arriving at the office with Kavya, who appears dejected. Adi shares how Kavya’s father gave him compliments and expressed his love for him, to which she responds with a joke about them being a perfect match. He inquires about how he can win her father’s approval, to which she says it will require some time for him to recognize Adi’s good qualities. As he presses her for more information, she playfully tells him that the girl who becomes his partner will be the luckiest one. Jokingly, he asks if he may accompany her to work, but she declines as she needs to focus on completing her dream that has finally come true today.
As he leaves, she sees an old lady sitting there. She gives her a water bottle and leaves. She enters the office. Aashayein….plays… She asks for the collector’s office. Adi returns home. He says you are ideal for my job, come with me for shopping. Alka asks what we will buy. He says I saw Kavya’s office, but nothing. She says it’s a government office, give me two minutes, I’ll come right there.
He taunts Kavya, telling her that the collector Sir hasn’t arrived yet, so I’ll show you your desk. Giriraj asks Alka where she is going. Alka says I am going to the market with Adi to shop for Kavya. She asks if I should make tea for you. He says no, go and shop. She thanks and leaves. He says you should get a shocking gift, Kavya.
It is Kavya’s first day at the office, so he gives her a bouquet and tells her it is her first day. Kavya is shown her desk and cabin. He asks a peon to get cushions for her chair. He says it’s a welcome gift for you, you’re my junior. She thanks him. She sees the bangles. He says he got them from a Diwali fair, I made my wife choose them, ornaments are weapons for women. Kavya says courage and hard work are all that’s needed to work here. The man comes and gives an update on the alcohol scam. Kavya says she’s interested.
She hears the men talking. She runs to them. She says I have researched the topic, I want to help. The man says you just sit in your chair and pass time. Work when you get a real posting.
