Akshay tells Mihika that her Ranbir is a great person, and we all will clap for him, but he cannot stay here, and it’s the end of the episode. He asks Ranbir and his family to leave. Pallavi is shocked. Mihika asks why the wedding won’t happen and who are you to tell me that this isn’t the case. Akshay tells Mihika he’s her real brother. Mihika asks him to behave like one.

Akshay is shouting, asking Akshay to stop. Vishaka asks Akshay if he will understand if I hit my head somewhere. Akshay says he understands. He says he won’t let Mihika marry such a guy. Prachi asks Akshay what he means by such guy. I just talked to you, did you not understand?

Akshay says I am talking about Ranbir. Prachi says the same as you…Vishaka says I am talking. Pallavi says you don’t know her, she is like that and says why don’t you let us live peacefully and problems come our way because of you? Mihika says Prachi Bhabhi hasn’t caused anything, but my brother is. She says don’t apologize to Prachi Bhabhi.

Akshay asks her not to interfere. Mihika says I have the right to speak. Manpreet says you’ve crossed all the lines. Akshay says Ranbir crossed the line, not me. Pallavi asks if you called us to insult us, and what your son is saying that the marriage cannot happen. Prachi apologizes to Pallavi, and says Akshay’s behavior is not Bua ji’s fault.

She offers to have her brother apologize on his behalf. However, Akshay remains silent and refuses to stop Ranbir. Mihika assures that she will fix things, but Ranbir insists that nothing can be fixed now. In order to spare her pain, he needs to leave. Concerned for her friend’s well-being, Mihika warns Akshay that something terrible may happen if he doesn’t intervene. Manpreet begs Ranbir not to hurt Mihika by leaving and Vishaka also pleads with him not to go this way. She promises to talk to Akshay on his behalf.

It’s a matter of self-respect that I can’t stay here, Ranbir says. Mihika cries and says to Ranbir, “please.” In response, Ranbir asks her not to cry, and says he would have stayed for you and your family, but I can’t stay, as your brother said so much to me. He goes outside and calls the driver. Pallavi asks what you are doing, if you had thought before doing this, Ranbir replies that I thought enough and crossed all the limits.

He asks Mihika not to leave him when she comes out. She knows well that we don’t love each other, so stop saying that your love is leaving your life, and he says that our relationship is a compromise, and he apologizes to her. In front of him, Mihika pleads with him not to leave. Ranbir says it is too late now. Akshay and Abhay are seen leaving.

Akshay asks Mihika to come inside and says it is too much now. Ranbir says this is because of you, and asks him to handle his sister. Akshay says he will. Mihika says she will die without him. Ranbir apologizes. He sits in the car with Dida and Pallavi and leaves. Mihika is calmed down by Abhay.

She keeps a knife on her wrist when she comes inside. Prachi asks Mihika not to do this and says it’s wrong. Manpreet says she’s going to call Ranbir, but Akshay takes it. Prachi tries to stop her. Vishaka asks if you’re mad at Ranbir’s love. Manpreet swears and says she’ll talk to Ranbir. Then Mihika cuts her wrist, shocking everyone. Akshay ties a handkerchief around her wrist and lifts her to the hospital. Everyone goes with her.

Mihika is rushed to the hospital, where Abhay explains to the nurse that she attempted suicide. The nurse immediately recognizes the severity of the situation and informs them that it requires police involvement. Prachi pleads with her to see Mihika’s condition and call for a doctor. Ashok assures them that he has already contacted the doctor, but urges them to also do so. The doctor arrives and reassures them that he will give Mihika the best treatment. She is then taken to a ward for further care. In the meantime, Akshay and Abhay head to the police station, where Abhay reveals that their sister attempted suicide and an FIR needs to be filed for hospital procedures. However, Akshay voices his hesitation in filing an FIR solely for medical purposes, as there is someone responsible for Mihika’s actions – a guy named Ranbir Kohli. Ignoring Abhay’s objections, Akshay requests that Ranbir be arrested for provoking Mihika to take such drastic measures.

Prachi reassures Manpreet and encourages her to stay strong, assuring her that Mihika is in good hands with Dr. Viren. However, Manpreet, as a mother, expresses her worry and helplessness in being unable to save her daughter’s life. This situation also takes a toll on Vishaka, who breaks down and shares her distress at the current state of things. She mentions how everything was fine just this morning and how both Akshay and Mihika, though not biologically hers, are still her children and their suffering pains her. Overwhelmed by it all, Manpreet leaves the room, while Vishaka faints. Ashok rushes to get water and Prachi attends to Vishaka with tears in her eyes.

Akshay asks Abhay, what happened, why is he concerned? Abhay says he feels you did wrong and shouldn’t have said that Mihika cut her wrist because of Ranbir. He says she didn’t cut her wrist due to Ranbir and her mental state is not good. Mihika is fine, Akshay says. He tells Ranbir he has taught a lesson, and he says Akshay Tandon is always right. Let’s see what I do now.

The caller tells Ranbir that Mihika and I have never been in love, we were in a compromised relationship. Manpreet tells her Mihika tried to commit suicide. It shocks Ranbir.
