Kumkum Bhagya 13th December 2024 Written Episode begins with Nethra cleverly addressing everyone, claiming that she and Kashish have spoken and both believe RV is perfect — the kind of man any woman would be lucky to marry. She turns to Kashish and asks her to confirm. To everyone’s shock, Kashish agrees, saying, “I have decided — the lucky girl will be Nethra.”
The entire family is left speechless. Harleen looks at her in disbelief, while Harman asks if Kashish has lost her mind. Diya demands to know if she’s gone mad after everything they did to help her. Dadu, Dadi, Yug, and Vikrant remind her that she claimed to be pregnant with RV’s child and that the whole family had accepted her as part of them. Harleen pleads with Kashish to stay firm and marry RV, while Vaishali reminds her that she herself had sworn the baby was RV’s. Diya also insists, saying, “You’re pregnant, Kashish — you must marry him.”
But Kashish remains cold and detached. “RV will marry Nethra, not me,” she says. Poorvi, heartbroken, confronts her and reminds her about a woman’s honour. “You said no woman should be insulted — how will you raise this baby alone?” Kashish responds, “Don’t worry about me. I will manage my life. But what you all did to me is wrong.”
At that moment, Nethra pretends to act innocent, saying, “I felt bad that you all made her lie.” Poorvi immediately realizes something is wrong and demands to know what Nethra told Kashish.
Meanwhile, Diya follows Kashish to a corner and asks what happened. “Everything was going according to plan,” she says, “then why did you suddenly change sides?” Kashish reveals the shocking truth — Nethra threatened her life. “She took me to the room, locked the door, and pulled a knife on me,” Kashish recalls, trembling. “She said she’s pregnant too, with RV’s baby.”
A flashback shows the moment Nethra emotionally manipulates Kashish. Pretending to be helpless, she tells Kashish she’s poor and powerless while RV’s wealthy family will always get away with anything. Then, she drops a bombshell — claiming RV raped her. “This child isn’t born out of love,” she cries, “but out of a crime. They’re forcing this marriage to hide his sin.” She begs Kashish not to marry RV, saying she’ll end her life otherwise. Kashish, terrified and emotional, hugs Nethra and says, “They lied to me… I didn’t know the truth. I’m with you.” The flashback ends.
Diya is horrified. “She manipulated you! Nethra lied to destroy Poorvi and RV’s life,” she says urgently, asking Kashish to come back and reveal the truth. But Kashish refuses, saying, “Nethra is not lying — you all are. Poorvi must be saved from a man like RV.”
Poorvi, unaware of the full truth, confronts Nethra again, demanding to know what she said to Kashish. Nethra smirks and replies, “I only told her that I love RV. Why are you worried, Poorvi? Whether he marries me or Kashish, you’ll lose him either way.” She warns Poorvi not to waste time, saying she has to get ready for her wedding. “The bride who belongs on that mandap will sit there,” Nethra declares arrogantly before leaving. Poorvi turns and finds RV standing there, overhearing part of the conversation.
Elsewhere, Monisha fumes, realizing that Nethra has outsmarted her. “She’s turned the entire game in her favour,” Monisha tells Deepika angrily. Deepika admits, “We’re no match for her — she’s fooled everyone.” Monisha, however, refuses to give up. “I’ll make her fall so hard she’ll remember it all her life,” she says darkly, asking Deepika to bribe the Pandit to demand that the bride be covered in a veil during the ceremony. Deepika understands and agrees, and Monisha says they’ll also take help from Jassi.
Meanwhile, Poorvi apologizes to RV, feeling guilty for their failed plan. RV gently wipes her tears and assures her he’s not angry. “I’ll always wipe your tears,” he says. Poorvi asks him to promise, and he teases her, saying she should have asked him for a promise of togetherness instead. Poorvi replies softly, “If you refused, I couldn’t bear it.” He smiles and says, “I like troubling you,” and they share an emotional hug. Diya sees them and worries that Nethra is like an eclipse shadowing their love.
Later, Jassi enters Deepika’s room, startling her. He jokes that he’s not a ghost and is just here to talk. Monisha soon arrives, and Jassi teases her for being scared of him. Monisha gets straight to the point — she wants his help to stop Nethra and make RV hers. Jassi grins, saying he already knows what needs to be done. Monisha confidently replies that she always takes charge when it comes to RV and instructs Deepika to go and tell everyone that the bride must remain under a veil as per the Pandit’s instruction.
Monisha then heads to Nethra’s room, where Nethra is getting ready for the wedding. Nethra, sensing danger, says, “You must be here to praise me for outsmarting everyone.” She accuses Monisha of being nervous and asks her to say what’s on her mind. Monisha retorts, “You betrayed me! I brought you into this plan, and you double-crossed me.”
Nethra laughs coldly, saying, “You made me your pawn, but I’ve changed the game now. You wanted to marry RV, but I want revenge — for Sahil’s death. I will marry him to destroy him. Stay out of my way, or I’ll finish you.”
Monisha warns her not to be arrogant, quoting, “Do you know how Ravan died? His pride destroyed him.” Nethra frowns, asking what she means. Suddenly, Jassi sneaks up behind Nethra and hits her hard on the head with a stick. Nethra collapses unconscious. Jassi smirks and says, “My work here is done,” before leaving Monisha to finish the job. Monisha smiles wickedly and nods.

In the next episode, Poorvi questions Deepika about the sudden decision to bring the bride in a veil. Deepika lies, saying Pandit ji requested it. Meanwhile, Vaishali accidentally stumbles and glimpses Monisha’s face under the veil in the mandap. She rushes to tell Harleen the truth. Diya warns Poorvi that they must stop this wedding at any cost before it’s too late.
