The Episode begins with Prachi informing Ashutosh’s Dadi that during Jasbir’s forced marriage to Poorvi, no one from the room offered assistance except for RV. She assures that if RV ever needs help, she, Poorvi, or any of them will be there for him. She adds that she doesn’t believe Poorvi has done anything wrong. Curious about who else could be interested in marrying Poorvi, Ashutosh’s Dadi comments on RV being a successful businessman and Jasbir’s reputation in the media. She questions Prachi if she played a role in setting up Poorvi’s alliance with Jasbir, as he may have rejected her and is now trying to claim her once again since Ashutosh is marrying her. She acknowledges Jasbir’s good qualities but also emphasizes that Ashutosh is a valuable gem.
Ashutosh opens the door, followed by Jasbir. The latter boasts about being a diamond mine, filled with thousands, lakhs, and crores of precious gems. He notices everyone’s intense gazes and jokingly offers to appear if they miss him that much. However, he soon mentions his real motive – searching for Poorvi for the past few hours and wanting to take her away. He then warns Ashutosh to stay away from him or face dire consequences. Jasbir proceeds to clarify Poorvi’s ownership, claiming that everyone thinks she belongs to him. He then approaches Prachi as she is addressed as “sasumaa” and proceeds to seek her blessings. However, Prachi slaps him hard in response to his previous misconduct. His guard gets upset, but Jassi intervenes. Despite this, Jasbir foolishly attempts to touch Prachi’s feet once again and receives another slap. This time, it is not only for his past actions but also for his current behavior.
In response, Ashutosh says get out and says mannerless guy. He tells Prachi that he is saying Poorvi Poorvi, and that he will not hold anything against Poorvi. He says useless fellow, don’t know where he comes from. He then apologizes to Prachi and asks her not to break the alliance, and says he will take care of Poorvi, and he is the right guy for her. He asks her not to break the alliance and promises that such a thing will not happen again.
When the doctor arrived at Ranbir’s house, he questioned Vinod about why he didn’t join him. Vinod explained that he was Ranbir’s driver, but since Saheb wanted to go alone, he decided to prepare food for him instead. He mentioned that Saheb had no one else with him. The doctor clarified that he was called because someone had been in an accident. Vinod asked if he was the patient’s mother, to which the doctor replied that he was fine and had called for another person. Just then, Ranbir and Poorvi arrived with RV. Ranbir requested Vinod to assist him, while the doctor instructed Vinod to make way so he could attend to the patient. Together, Ranbir and the doctor took RV to a room while Poorvi confirmed with Vinod that he was her future fiance who had given her the ring she was wearing.
As they sit in the auto, Manpreet turns to Prachi and asks if giving them a chance was the right decision. Prachi responds that they have acknowledged their mistake. Diya and Manpreet then inquire about the possibility of a repeat offense. Prachi firmly states that if it were to happen again, they would not allow the marriage to take place. She immediately dials Poorvi’s number and upon connection, Poorvi informs her that she has located RV. However, his condition is grave as he has lost a lot of blood and is currently unconscious. Prachi expresses concern and asks if he has been taken to the hospital. Poorvi explains that KK offered his help and took RV to his house due to heavy traffic, where a doctor is currently attending to him. Confused, Prachi questions Poorvi’s worry for RV’s well-being.
It is not going to go wrong with RV, Poorvi says, and Jasbir told her that this was done by Jasbir. Prachi tells her to message KK’s address and tells her that she will come there as soon as she found out about RV. She says she couldn’t stay back just as she found out about RV. He prays to God to make RV fine and says if anything happens to him, Poorvi can’t live. He says their Jodi is good.
Ranbir mentions to Poorvi that RV appears calm while resting and claims to know him. He also adds that he does not approve of RV professionally, but personally he is a decent person who cares for his family and has a pure heart with a good character. Poorvi observes this and proceeds to inform Ranbir that she has invited her mother, Vishaka, to see RV. Ranbir remembers how Vishaka had scolded him before about her family’s preference for Ashutosh. However, he brushes it off and says it’s fine for her mother to meet RV. Poorvi then asks the doctor about RV’s condition, to which he replies that he will recover after receiving treatment. She thanks the doctor and in return, the doctor mentions needing to make a phone call. Ranbir wonders why everyone keeps seeking his permission, but the doctor clarifies that he just wanted to inform him as a friend. Ranbir then instructs Vinod to make coffee for Poorvi, and they both leave the room. As Poorvi turns to exit, RV reaches out and grabs her hand. A song starts playing…
Doctor asks Ranbir how RV is, when he will be okay. Vinod replies RV is fine, but Ranbir asks Doctor, you didn’t tell me he worked for you? Vinod replies, I work only for you, I was just telling. Ranbir asks him to bring him coffee. Doctor says RV has a lot of injuries, so he needs treatment urgently, and he’s calling his staff and medicine. Ranbir says he’ll send the car. Doctor says they’ll come by themselves.
RV inquires Poorvi about how she arrived at the accident site. She explains that she was at her in-laws’ house preparing dinner for them. RV clarifies, “I thought you were going there for dinner.” Poorvi confirms and adds that Ashutosh’s grandmother wanted to see her cooking skills. RV remarks, “And you left your cooking behind?” Just then, the doorbell rings and Poorvi mentions that her mother has arrived. Despite RV’s attempts to stop her, Prachi rings the doorbell. As Ranbir speaks to the doctor, he suggests calling staff from another hospital but the doctor assures him that his team will arrive soon. Ranbir excuses himself to answer the door and Vinod comes rushing in, only to slip and fall down. Poorvi tries to help him up but struggles, so she asks Ranbir for assistance instead. As Ranbir goes over to Vinod, Poorvi opens the door, where Prachi is waiting outside. Ranbir helps Vinod stand up as Poorvi calls out for her mother. Hearing her voice, Ranbir turns around to face them both.

Poorvi asks RV to explain that she will be angry with him when he takes revenge on her and puts her in such a situation that she hates him. Vinod tells Prachi that he told Malik (Ranbir) that Poorvi is Malkin’s daughter.
