During the episode, Prachi tells Ashutosh and his family that RV saved Poorvi from Jasbir on her engagement day, when everyone fled like a coward. Until now, Beena says, her daughter has been mad about RV, but now she is going gaga over him as well. Khushi says you people don’t get it…Asok says it is our decision…Khushi says the marriage won’t happen, and that they won’t let their daughter marry an Ashutosh.
Ashutosh says I knew this, she would do this. Beena taunts Khushi, saying she won’t let Poorvi settle down. Khushi asks them to leave. Prachi holds Beena’s hand and pushes her, forcing Khushi to drag her out. Other family members push Ashutosh’s family out. Ashutosh says you have to pay for this. Beena asks them to give them money. Khushi says we’ll give you double the amount and asks them to leave.
When Jasbir’s Chacha arrives at the PS, the Inspector says I know you’re an MLA. His Chacha asks him who filed the complaint, and the inspector says RV. Prachi asks Poorvi not to cry and says everything is fine now. Poorvi cries and tells them they were telling Jasbir was behind me because of me.
Khushi asks what RV has done for Poorvi and says he must have feelings for her. She asks her to marry him. RV arrives, hears them, and leaves. He doesn’t see Khushi. Prachi asks Ashok if she heard. As RV steps inside, visibly upset, Dada ji invites Harman to dance with him and expresses his relief that Poorvi’s wedding was called off. He confesses that he has grown fond of her. Harman joins in the dance, while Beeji watches on. Curious, she asks if Poorvi is the same girl who helped RV. Confirming this, Yug explains that they are all aware of Poorvi’s selfless nature. Impressed, Beeji urges them to continue dancing. Meanwhile, Khushi notices Poorvi’s sadness and reminds her that Ashutosh was not the right candidate for marriage. She reassures her that she has made the right decision to prioritize her own happiness. However, Poorvi laments over what could have been and how it would have relieved her mother from a heavy burden had the wedding gone through. Touched by her words, Khushi embraces Poorvi in a heartfelt hug.
When she calls you a burden, she says you’re referring to me as a bad sister, and she says you’re calling yourself a burden. She asks why you want to marry in a middle class house. Diya says she doesn’t know who told her that if she marries in a middle class house, she will be happy. Khushi says it depends on the person. She says RV is wealthy and he is so good. She asks her if she likes RV. Poorvi nods her head as she says RV is good.
