Kumkum Bhagya 5th December 2024 Written Episode begins with Nethra confronting RV and declaring that the court has ordered their marriage within ten days, meaning the wedding must take place the next day. She insists that RV must marry her to restore her respect, claiming this is a legal order and not her personal wish. She says she only wants to become the daughter-in-law of the Malhotra family and that if they do not accept her, the police will arrest RV for violating court orders.

As Nethra argues, the police arrive, followed by Jassi’s reporters, who remark that the situation has become more interesting. They state that refusing a court-ordered marriage could lead to RV’s arrest. Dadi steps forward and surprises everyone by announcing that the wedding will indeed take place the next day. Harleen, Dadu, and Harman are stunned, but Dadi says they have no other choice. Harleen supports her and declares that the marriage will happen from their home, starting with a Kuldevi puja in the morning and the ceremony in the evening. She invites everyone present, including the media and police, to attend.

Nethra smirks and tells them to keep the same decorations for both morning and evening, saying that the location doesn’t matter as long as the marriage happens. She instructs them to use their house as the venue and leaves to prepare for the wedding. Harman then asks the media to leave. The family disperses, while Poorvi silently walks away, heartbroken. Monisha watches from a corner, thinking this means RV will marry Nethra with his family’s approval.

The next day, Nethra arrives at the Malhotra house cheerfully, greeting everyone with “good morning.” She introduces her cousins, Sia and Nisha, and proudly says they came as her family representatives. Nethra compliments the Malhotras for preparing everything overnight, calling it the advantage of being rich. Pandit ji asks everyone to sit for the puja.

Nethra insists RV sit beside her for the ritual, and though reluctant, he complies after glancing at Poorvi. Monisha grows tense, realising the wedding might actually happen. She tries to call Jassi, but he refuses to answer. Monisha becomes suspicious that Jassi and Nethra are working together and vows to stop them both, declaring RV is only hers.

Diya and Yug discuss the situation. Yug worries that no one is stopping the marriage, but Diya assures him that Poorvi will not let it happen. Poorvi, meanwhile, remembers instructing a man to expose the truth at 10:30 a.m. She messages him discreetly and walks away.

RV looks at her and recalls her words from the night before when she asked him to act along with her plan. Poorvi had promised that she would never let him actually marry Nethra. Monisha then deliberately falls near the havan, spilling the holy water into the fire. Harleen scolds her for carelessness, while Pandit ji calls it an abshagun. Nethra dismisses the bad omen, saying the marriage is not an ordinary one and nothing can stop it. She leaves for her room with her cousins, who gush about how handsome RV is.

In her room, Nethra warns her cousins not to reveal that they work as bar dancers with her. Monisha walks in, furious, and tells Nethra to stop pretending. She warns her not to interfere with her own plan for RV. Nethra defiantly replies that her life depends on this marriage. Monisha sarcastically offers to find her another man, but Nethra declares that RV is the one she wants and that he now belongs to her. Monisha warns her again, saying she will reveal the truth to everyone if Nethra continues this act. Nethra smirks and says that even though the molestation accusation was false, she still has evidence that could destroy RV.

Elsewhere, Poorvi breaks down and tells Diya how helpless she feels seeing her husband prepare for marriage to another woman. Just then, Harleen and Harman arrive, looking for RV. They tell Poorvi that Harleen has come up with a plan for RV to act sick so the wedding can be postponed. Poorvi argues that such a plan will only delay the marriage, not cancel it. RV enters and says he doesn’t want to fake an illness. He insists they must handle everything legally and not with lies.

Harleen pleads with Poorvi to convince him, saying her doctor friend has agreed to provide fake reports and hospitalise RV for a few days. Poorvi interrupts and says she already has a better plan. She reveals that she has called someone who can help them expose the truth and stop the wedding for good.
