An unknown number calls Mihika. She picks up the call and says hello. Mayank is on the call and laughs. She asks who is there, and ends the call. Mayank calls her again. She wonders who he is. He calls her over and over. Mihika worries and thinks of what to do. She blocks it, then blocks it again. Mayank says foolish girl blocked me, and asks if she believes I have just one number. He takes someone else’s phone to call her.
When Ranbir is here, he thinks Prachi won’t be harmed. Akshay looks at Ranbir and thinks he’ll succeed. He looks for Prachi. They see Prachi stumbling and falling on people. Akshay smiles at Ranbir and thinks surely he did something. Akshay gets close to Prachi and sees her handling Aryan. They come to Prachi and Aryan. Aryan asks Prachi to come and says it’s embarrassing. Ranbir says he must be drunk, and Prachi says he had drank the drink brought by Akshay.
Ranbir accused Akshay of committing a deceitful act, while Aryan declared himself an expert in handling situations and others often seek his help. Prachi then asked Ranbir to handle Aryan, to which he responded with a warning. While Akshay questioned why Ranbir’s focus was always on him, Prachi asked Ranbir to take care of Aryan instead. However, Akshay insisted that Prachi should go to her room and wait for him.
Mayank calls Mihika again. Mihika asks why you are keeping calling me. Mayank laughs. Mihika recognizes his voice. Mayank says I’m just your Mayank, and I’m coming to see you soon. He ends the call. Pradeep asks if you’ll meet her. Mayank says he’s going to kidnap her, then he’s gonna take revenge. He says it’s his turn to reenact her pain with interest. Mihika becomes worried and drinks water.
As Akshay enters the room, Prachi inquires about his whereabouts. He reveals that he had stepped out to answer a phone call. After complimenting the food, Prachi notices disappointment on his face. In an attempt to lift his spirits, she offers to share the prasad from Bua ji. Declining her offer, Akshay admits to already having eaten and recalls how he had carefully added medicine to the sweets before shaping them into pedas. Determined not to give up, he presents the treated pedas as a gesture of goodwill, knowing that Prachi wouldn’t refuse prasad. As the flashback comes to an end, Akshay is confident in his plan and eagerly awaits for it to unfold.
He is taking Aryan to the room. Aryan says you are my real brother from another mother. Ranbir says yes, I am your real brother. Aryan asks who you are. Ranbir says Yamraj. Aryan says yes.
When Akshay sees Prachi holding her head, he thinks his plan worked. As my brother from another mother, Aryan says you will take me in your lap. Ranbir lifts him and takes him to his room. He says you came here to help me. Aryan says yes, I came to help you. Ranbir asks him not to get out of bed. Aryan reminds him of his real brother. Ranbir says yes. After leaving the room, Akshay must be doing something, since Prachi didn’t drink that spiked beverage. As he ponders what to do, he thinks.
She says, I don’t know what happened, I’m fine, Akshay says. Prachi holds Prachi and asks what happened. She says, “I don’t know what happened, but I’m fine.” Akshay says you must be tired, since we’ve traveled a long way. She collides with him and falls on his bed with him. She falls on the other side and resists his touch. Akshay says he won’t touch you, but you’ll touch me now. Ranbir knocks on Prachi’s door and asks her if she is alright.
Asking Akshay to open the door, Ranbir is faced with uncertainty. Prachi, aware of the situation, remains seated. While Mihika ponders on Ranbir’s unresponsiveness and wonders how to handle the situation, Pradeep questions Mayank’s certainty. Mayank confesses that after being abandoned by his wife and alienated by his parents, he feels responsible for their arrest and wishes his wife had accompanied him so they wouldn’t have been caught. He expresses his love for her but Pradeep interrupts with an accusation about Mayank’s true intentions being money-based. This leads to an argument where Mayank becomes determined to inform Mihika first about his decision to leave. Pradeep clarifies that he didn’t mean for Mayank to leave in a stealthy manner but rather suggests that Mihika appreciates dramatic gestures. Ultimately, Mayank contacts her as planned.
Mihika insists that she is not afraid of Mayank. He argues that she actually loves him and threatens to use force if she does not comply. In response, Mihika sarcastically suggests that he enlist the help of Ranbir and Akshay bhai, who are by her side. However, Mayank dismisses this idea, claiming that both of them have other commitments – Akshay in Manali and Ranbir elsewhere. With a smirk, he reveals his location outside Mihika’s window. Looking down, Mihika sees him with a ladder. She frantically calls for Ranbir’s help, but he hesitates as he is preoccupied with saving Prachi. Eventually, he picks up her call.
Mayank has come to take Mihika, and she asks Ranbir to come there. I am dealing with one of these guys. He tells her not to worry, and says that such guys are cowards. Mayank climbs the ladder. Ranbir tells Mihika not to worry because he talked to the police. He says that the police have reached Mayank’s house as well, and are with his family. As Mayank hears this, he gets down the ladder and falls.
Mayank falls down, says Mihika to Ranbir, and he says such people will fall down. Pradeep asks what happened? Mayank tells Pradeep that the police are here and asks him to ride the bike as fast as possible. Pradeep asks what happened? Mihika says Mayank should come and kidnap her. I am in love with you, true love, because I think Ranbir is my real hero and there is no one like him.
In the honeymoon suite, Ranbir asks the waiter to unlock the door with the master key. The waiter refuses and leaves. Ranbir says he knows what to do. Akshay touches Prachi sensually. Prachi asks him not to touch her. Akshay says I’m your Akshay and asks Prachi to look at him. He says we’re married and Prachi says no and asks him to leave. You act as if we’re strangers, and Akshay says I’m your husband, your best friend, and I want this relationship to move on.
Prachi declines and expresses her desire to return home. Akshay reassures her that she will feel happy with him, reminding her that they are married and he is her supportive husband who has always been there for her. He proudly mentions that he brought Khushi from the orphanage and prevented Ranbir from taking her away. Akshay declares his unwavering love for Prachi and emphasizes his willingness to do anything for her. He implores her to understand his perspective. Exhausted, Prachi collapses onto the bed and insists on leaving. Akshay discreetly tucks the box of sweets into his pocket, confident that Prachi has feelings for him. However, Prachi denies any romantic attachment towards him. Undeterred, Akshay confidently proclaims that she will eventually fall in love with him. In a seductive manner, he takes hold of her hand.
